Hey guys, I just wanted to know if anyone has seen substantial gains using a one day on one day off routine.

Yes I’ve seen a lot of vets gain an inch or more using 1 on 1 off and I’m currently doing this type of routine. 1 intense workout and then a rest day and repeat increasing by 1 rep a workout.
7-20-16: BP: 7.63 NBP 6.75 x 5.75
3-22-17: BP: 8.44 NBP 7.56 x 5.75

Start: 15,5 x 13,2 cm
Now : 16,5 x 13,6 cm

I’ve just discovered that I’ve gained 1/4” in only 4 exercise sessions doing 1 on 1 off intense workouts I say go for it! Increase exercises by 1-2 reps after each session.
