I’m pretty sure many porn stars do PE, with some guys you can tell they’ve done a lot of heavy stretching because they’ve grown a band of pale, pinkish new skin just below the glans that contrasts with the older, darker skin on the rest of the shaft. A buddy of mine got his start in photography doing porn shoots. (Behind the camera.) He told me some studios have the actors pumping before and even during the shoot. PE is something they are definitely aware of and recommend to actors.
