1 Month Results

I’ve been doing PE since August 2006 and I decided to try this routine.
My routine:
3 days on, 1 off
Warmup: very light low pressure 20 jelqs
Then:
1st 3 days: 50 jelqs
2Nd 3 days: 60 jelqs
3rd 3 days : 70 jelqs
.And so on.maximum 90 jelqs
My stats:
I started it on 19/06 and measured on 17/07 (after 3 days resting for clearer measurements):
Initial:
BP FL = 13.5cm
FG = (Head = 12cm + Medium= 11.7cm + Base= 12.5cm)
BPEL = 19.7 cm
EG = (H = 13cm + M= 14cm + B= 14.5cm)
Final:
BP FL = 13.9cm
FG = (H = 11.7cm + M= 12.3cm + B= 13cm)
BPEL = 19.7 cm
EG = (H = 13.1cm + M= 14.1cm + B= 14.7cm)
I decided to give it a try on the “less is more” philosophy, but the gains were not so much, so I’ll start now with 150 jelqs and introduce 30 sec stretches.
I also got some losses, but it can be because of bad measurement.it is difficult to measure flaccid without getting hard..
I’m mainly concerned on girth.
