1 month report. help
I started PE on 5/28 last month.
Today 6/26 (1 month later) I measured..
I’ve been doing the newbie routine.
7 1/2 minutes stretching (up, left, right, down, out.. Each stretch lasting 30 seconds)
15 min Jelq
Visually, my unit looks much fuller when flacid.. But the mind can play a role in that.
The numbers don’t lie:
FL, BPFL, FG, and EG have stayed the same..
EL has improved by 1/8 of an inch.
And the only part where I’ve seen a significant change is in BPEL, almost 1/2 inch increase.
Is this .. Normal? Was the BPEL one of the first ones to show results for you all?
I’ve been abut 90% consistent with my routine of 2 days on 1 day off.. Except for a missed day here and there due to things that happen in life
And only having 24 hrs in my day.
My question is:
Am I supposed to see the MOST gains during my 1st month? Or should the 2nd month be a tad more promising?
I am grateful with any gains, and I know this sport requires patience.. But I’m sure you all were very inquisitive when you reached your 1st month, after investing so much time into this :)
So any insight and opinions are welcome.
Also, do you think this is a good time to change up the routine a little? Maybe add something? Am I doing too little time?
How was your first month? When did you see the MOST change?
