I started my PE Routine on March 8th and have seen good gains in length thus far (0.5”-0.625” BPEL) but am pretty sure that I have lost (0.125”-0.25”) in mid shaft girth. My starting measurements were 6.5” BPEL and 6.5” MSG and I measured 7.125” BPEL and 6.25” MSG yesterday on my day off from PE. While I’m very pleased with my gains in length I am equally disappointed that it seems I am losing girth. Here is my routine:

5 Min Warm towel wrap
15 Min Wet Jelq (3:45 with homemade power jelq device, 3:45 Upside-down “ok sign” style jelq, and repeat until 15 min reached)
5 Min Warm towel wrap

2 days on, 1 day off

6-8 hrs a day of wearing Pro Penis Traction Extender (every day)

I am very committed to this program and understand it is a long term process but does anyone have any suggestions on exercises or modifications that I can make to gain back my girth or even gain some girth? Honestly I would be happy with continued length increases and just getting to about 6.625” MSG. I figure .125” in girth from my starting point isn’t too much to ask is it?

Measuring error. Not sure if that is even possible unless your EQ is way down. Hanging gives me more girth, even at 25 lbs.

Yeah no problem. Work on length first anyway, trust me.

Impressive length gains! I’m a little more than a month in and haven’t seen any gains other than EQ. Do you think that wearing the extender without having conditioned yourself first could be the contributing factor to your decreased EQ?

My poor EQ at the time could have been due to a little overtraining. I took a day off and measured the next day and was back to normal. I started with 2 hrs a day in the extender and gradually worked up to where I am now but I am definately more careful not to do too much too quick now.

I don’t know about the power jelq dude. I made a homemade one too, and that thing was kicking my cock’s ass. Just be careful, and don’t use too much pressure to avoid injuries.

Thanks for the advice man. Yeah I’ve been real careful to use pressure but not too much, injuries would suck a big one. I actually took a day off of everything, (probably got 1-2 erections tops all day) and the next day it was back to normal and maybe even a little bigger girthwise.

The issue I think might have been due to the fact that a neighbor just moved next door and I have been hooking up with her 2-3 times a day for the past couple weeks. How long after jelqing/PE should I wait to have sex or masturbate?

Sure, the power jelq was super easy to make and cost about $10 to make.

Items:
Mirro Jar Lifter (Got it at Walmart for $5)
Piece of foam tubing, 1/2 inch inner diameter (Lowe’s .97 cents)
Roll of Duct tape

Directions:
Wrap Duct tape around the plastic rollers on the Jar Lifter until the 1/2 in foam tubing fits snug. I then wrapped the duct tape around once more with the sticky end out to make the foam tubing stick. The tubing comes in like 5 foot length so you’ll have to use scissors to cut out the same width as the plastic rollers. Pop the tubing over the duct tape and your done.

All together took about 5 mins to make, like armoman92 mentioned just be careful to not squeeze to hard when you are using it.

I’ve gained anywhere from .5”-.75” in length since I started PEing a liitle over a month ago. I think the length gain has more to do with the pro-extender I’ve been wearing.

My goal with the power jelq is to keep or gain my girth and if I add some length its a bonus. I’ve only been using it a couple weeks but I like alternating it with the regular wet jelqs to add variety. I started out at 6.5” midshaft girth so I’m not looking for too much gains there because its already uncomfortable for some women and I get way too much teeth already with BJs. I’m sure my gains are newbie gains but I’m now a believer for life that substantial gains are possible with patience.
