1 month no gain

1 month no gain

I’ve been doing the newbie routine for a month now and I got no real gains.

I’ve been trying to stretch mostly my ligs and my LOT is 8:00 so maybe that has an effect.

I also been doing stretches outside of my workout time and some days I really got allot of stretching time all together, I thought that might help but maybe it had a reversed effect?.

What do you guys think? Is 1 month too soon to tell anyway?

It’s too soon to tell. Keep at the Newbie Routine for at least 3 months. If you gain from that then great, but overall it is more a good grounding for future techniques. So if things haven’t been progressing, at least you’ve given your penis enough of a workout to introduce advanced exercises..

Oh and don’t put too much emphasis on LOT theory, it’s just that - a theory..

PE is a marathon and for some an iron man triatholon. BUT there are results to be had to those who stay the course.

Sure, overtraining will be detrimental - but it’s hard to tell whether you’re overstretching without time/numbers. If you feel heavy soreness the next day and erections are harder to come by then you’re overdoing it.

Consistency is more important at this time than hitting it too hard. Train yourself to do the simple aspects of PE methodically, as focus and discipline is the acid test where gains are concerned.

Yes, I know and I am willing to commit for many years, all I want is just a few mm to tell me that it’s working

For me no gains in the first 2 months, but that haven’t scared me. Just go on and live it positive.

I’m going on three weeks now, and haven’t seen any gains yet, but I will give it three months before I change my routine like it says in the newbie start up guide.

I had my first gain after 2.5 months, and some people get nothing after months. Just be consistent and don’t give up.

If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. If you can gain from newbie routine, keep it up, don’t change until gain slows down.

Cool,that’s great to know that after 2/5 months with no gains you gained.

Well I’m gonna keep pulling then.

I’ve been doing a newbie routine for almost a month and nothing happened until I had a breakthrough yesterday. I noticed that PE actually works. I felt so good about myself. My unit looked so much bigger, I know these are just newbie gains. But they are mine newbie gains. Thanks all, Now I will be even more consistent. T place rox!!!!!

Yguy and SS4Jelq both finally achieved gains after a year and more of dedicated PE with nothing other than Popeye forearms to show for it. I had zero gains until month 4.
