1 month no gain
I’ve been doing the newbie routine for a month now and I got no real gains.
I’ve been trying to stretch mostly my ligs and my LOT is 8:00 so maybe that has an effect.
I also been doing stretches outside of my workout time and some days I really got allot of stretching time all together, I thought that might help but maybe it had a reversed effect?.
What do you guys think? Is 1 month too soon to tell anyway?
