1 Month in and growing
I have been doing PE for about 1 month now. I am very happy with the results so far. I am basically Jelqing and stretching on average 4-5 days each week. Early on I was inconsistent and had no real idea about how often or how much to do. The toughest thing I am finding is having enough time to get my routine done. Right now I am Jelqing 200-300 reps for 3-4 seconds. I also do stretches for 10-20 seconds in each of 5 directions. I will try to stretch before and after jelqing. During the week I do this in the shower as my wife is getting ready for work. She has no idea yet. Any input on how to tell her would be great.
I was very happy to read here that it is OK to masturbate after jelqing. I had read on another site that I should not. This would leave me with a nice case of blue balls for the first half of the day.
After one month I have gone from about 6.25 BPEL to 6.625 and from 4.875 EG to 5.125. I did measure 6.75 once, but I don’t know how reliable my ruler positioning was. My first major goal is 7.0 BPEL and 5.5 EG.
