1 Month Girth Routine?

I am interested in finding out a way to completely target girth over the next month without hurting any length gains. My BP length is 7.87 from the side, and 7.65-7.7 from the top, so I am not really worried about increasing much in length, I would ultimately like to get 8 from the top, but my girth is way more important right now.

Does anyone have any suggestions, I really want to keep my length, and try to focus all on girth for the next month.

I have been PEing for 4 1/2 months, so I can probably start doing some more advance techniques if thats what you recommend.


I’m sure that the long-term members will have some more advanced techniques, but I love jelqs (and all the variations thereof) for girth work. I’m not sure that anything will beat some hardcore jelqing. That said, 1 month might be pushing it. Any gains that you make in such a short time will probably not be cemented unless you keep it up for 3-4 months.

Starting Jan 2009 - 5.9375" EL x 5.5" EG. Jun 2009 - 6" BPEL x 5.5" EG. Nov 2011 - 6.5" BPEL x 5.2" EG

Goal: 7" EL. Girth is fine as it is, but any incidental gains are welcome!

Squeezes are also very good for girth. I do 50x10 second squeezes in my routine, and 300 jelqs. I’m mainly focusing on girth for the time being as I am short, so my length doesn’t look too bad, but I do have stretches to work on length too. But I mainly care about girth and I feel squeezes are doing wonders :P

Goal: BPEL: 7.00" MSEG: 5.5" FL: 4.00"
