Hey all,

been doing PE for about 9months now,.. tried various techniques such as Power Stretch (Long Schlong), Sit-down stretch, Two-way stretch, BTC-stretch, ..

And of course the jelq, some attempts at horses and head-squeeze.

I began with clamping 2nd january and now it’s 12th february.
My routine is and has been stretching 7min, jelqing 10min, clamping 2x10minutes.

I get 90-100% erect and kegel in as much blood as I can and trap it, with the second last *click*-step on the clamp.

Am I doing something wrong? SHould I force the clamp to always go fully tight?
I don’t know.. It stays hard all the session, although a 10% decrease is possible.

ANyone waited this long for some gains? 7 weeks clamping I mean, my other 8months are just a pity :(

Maybe you could try adding one more set to your routine. Another thing that may help is to edge the entire time you’re clamped. That forces a lot of blood into the penis therefore keeping it at it’s fullest expansion. Just a thought.

Hi, what do you mean by “to edge all the entire time”.. KEGELS?

No. Keep masturbating to the point of climax then back off. I usually stroke in such a way as to keep my penis fully erect without actually reaching ejaculation. Works pretty good for me and gives me a nice fatty when I’m finished.

How much expansion do you guys get while clamped? I usually get around 25”(been clamping for almost a month). Is this about average? Are there techniques to get better expansion?

I will measue on my next session,l but I’d say about 0,2” maybe, then I have a small unit..

By the way, do you guys think that a 3days on, 1 day off routine is too intense? I see alo of people doing every other day… 1/1… Is this ideal?

I received some great temp. gains when clamping, although if you do it everyday they aren’t so temporary. :) The idea is over time they will stick, your a little short on time, no offence.
