1 month and beginning to grow

Well just about hitting the 1 month mark and seeing some results…
Started 7 Jan
BPEL 5.8” EG 4.5” BPFL 4.5”

Feb 5
BPEL 5.9” EG 4.5” BPFL 4.8” Interestingly BPFSL 6.1”(!)

Short term goal
BPEL 7” BPFL 5.5” and some girth which I know will come in time.

So some growth in flaccid state which I had become aware of. The veins through my dick have become more noticeable too.

My routine is 2 day on 1 day off the 3 days on 1 day off, I been very disciplined about this.
5min warm up
7 1/2 mins stretching
5 mins dry Jelq
15 mins wet jelq
5mins warm down
50 Kegels to finish

I built up the time of jelqing across the 4 weeks. I’ve noticed the wake up call of night wood and morning wood too, a real solid erection.

Hey, after reading the grooming thread I’ve even now lost hair growing up my shaft after plucking out well over 100 hairs. I had no idea that many were there and it makes stretching much easy and just looks and feels so much better.

I hope that’s an encouragement to any newbies, stick with it and be disciplined but gentle too. I’m looking forward to the next set of gains.

I think you may be onto something with the 3 days off thing. I was reading a fitness magazine today in the gym, which cited a scientific study about the optimal days off between weight training sessions. Of course PE is not the same thing as weight training, but I am betting there is something similar in terms of the recovery your body needs and the time for growing. Anyway, the study found that 4 days between workouts was optimal.

That’s good to hear man. I started the same time as you, Look forward to seeing what we can do. I do 10 mins stretch, and trying to figure out which way of jelqing I prefer, but I will say 20 mins seems like a lot.

I don’t particularly feel twenty is too much happy though to listen to others on this , haven’t experienced any negative PI yet. The little guy stands to attention when needed too but I have to say I’m not thinking of increasing the time either, it seems to work for me.

And now I’ve just worked out how the quote too! : )
