I have been cruising along with PE for a a month or so and have a question for vets? Does it bring better results to do sets (fe. Pumping, clamping, jelking) all in one super set and wait till next day, or do better gains come from mini sessions throughout the day?

I’ve been wondering the same thing. I currently do a long session in the morning (20 minutes stretching 20 minutes jelqing) and occasionally a smaller session at night. I don’t get sore very easily so I’m testing this out. I’ll post my results when I measure at the end of the month

I usually do one session a day which consists of 2-10 minute pumping sessions, 1- 5 minute jelking session and a 10 minute clamping session. That generally leaves me pretty swole for about half a day but generally by the end of the day it is close to normal. Let me know how two sessions a day works.
