1 inch

Got my first fleeting but undeniable 1 inch gain measurement last night. I am waiting to update my stats, but to measure it even once is quite a milestone for me.

It may be a breach of etiquette to post, but I am posting to encourage others to try PE.

Congrats! What is your routine?

I’m a little disappointed. I’ve not had any gains as of yet. I’ve been reading, but it seems that nothing works for me. And now I wish that I could get a solid routine that I could do that would be effective. But congrats on your gains. It’s good to hear that someone’s gaining.

I wonder if it’s just for some penises? Or.. Could it be that I need to just start with hanging? Is the only way to get a hanging device, to make one yourself? Can you purchase them?

I followed the newbie routine for about 1/2 of an inch. That took about 2 months.

I experimented with different amounts of jelqs and days off for the next 1/4 inch, which took about a month.

For approximately the last two weeks I have been doing 10 minute rice sock warm up, 100-200 jelqs every OTHER day, and trying not to do more than 500 jelqs in any 5 day period. This means I will take extra days off every 7-14 days. I also do 30-50 1 second stretches throughout the day. This has gotten me the last 1/4 inch.

I sure do miss those newbie gains. I am just getting back into PE’ing after a year decon break. Nice gains.
