1 inch from stretching alone?

1 inch from stretching alone?

Does anyone think its possible to gain an inch by just stretching daily? Does anyone have experience with this sort of thing?

I usually do some jelqing and stretching but sometimes it’s hard to find time to jelq. There is always time for stretching. I am especially fond of the proto-pull type stretching lately as I can get lig pops in 3 different directions.

My routine consist of only stretching since October and I have gained nearly an inch since then. It is definitely possible. Consider different stretches though, for example inverted v stretch or JAI stretches.

I gained 1.2” just from light manual stretching. See my log and stat (links in signature).
Then I came to a halt. I just started hanging to see if I can add a little more.


Start: 6.3 x 5.2 (Feb '05)

Now: 7.9 x 5.65 (gain 1.6 x 0.45) - SFL 8.6"

Goal: 8.5 x 6.0 - Currently trying: jelqing, fulcrum hanging/bending. My data - Progress log
