0.5in Girth gain with MANUALS

Sorry for posting such a thread in the progress reports but i couldn’t post elsewhere.

Well,my question is how many of you newbies have gained 0.5 inches in girth with just the manual stretching and jelqing?
I would like to have an idea if it’s quite possible to gain that ammount or something less like 0.25 at the start of someones PE journey.
Also describe your jelqing technique if it’s different.

It’s quite possible to gain 0.5” with only manual exercises. There are many, many confirmations of gains of this amount. In fact many people start and end PE with manual exercises.

I would like to have some more information from people that have gained that much.For example how long it took,if there was any newbie gains and also the routine.

Unfortunately everyone is different. The only advice I can give you is to try it yourself. I myself have not really gained anything that I can claim at this moment. I have done PE on and off for a while now since my join date.

Though I have not gained, I have asked many questions and am still learning. My biggest advice for you is to read Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine and Tricks And Tips For Manual Stretching. (<—- Very helpful)
I recommend the V grip as it is very useful. Start off with slow wet-jelqs in the beginning and concentrate. The newbie routine says to slowly ‘increase to 30 mins of jelqing’. I disagree as this did not work for me and veterans agree it was overkill from my past posts. I believe this may have over stressed myself and why I did not gain.

It seems that you are interested in girth so just stick to this version of the newbie routine as it is more girth orientated, as stretching can reduce EQ which can affect girth. Also follow PI’s.

Another tip is to take it slow. Learn how to stretch and jelq properly, rather than aimlessly tugging at your penis. You may want to get to your goal faster but over stressing can toughen the penis and you may make it harder for yourself to gain in the present/future. Less is more at first until you have been dedicated for at least a year then it can take more to gain.
Over that time you will learn how your penis responds to different stresses and what works for you.

If you are lucky and gain quickly, that is an indication that it is WORKING for you and do not get excited and do more, remember less is more. More can slow or halt progress at the beginning. Remember PE is not a race and the penis is made up of stubborn tissue that responds slowly.

Just recently I started a progress log in the Progress Reports and Pictures. It is something I believe will keep me motivated and allow me to look back and know what I have done and what I have not, so I will know what works for me and does not. Make sure you what you need and don’t write down what you think we want to hear. If you did 5 mins jelqing do not write down 10. You can look at mine if you like, it is in my signature.

Thanks for your responses. I’ve been doing the linear routine for some days I also have a progress log. I try to not overdo it and I’m currently trying to find a point where my dick feels like its been worked and also get positive PI. I’ve spent many hours these 2 months reading as much as I can, I believe I’m well educated for a newbie, I hope I gain.

I have gained half an inch in girth since January 2014 using only manual exercises.

This was loosely following the newbie routine, slowly adding Ulis, power jelqs, horse 440s and plumped bends. And I do mean slowly - only adding something new into the mix every 3 months or so.

The early gains were down to EQ, but since then there had been steady progress. I don’t rigidly follow a routine as privacy is hard to come by, but usually manage 2 sessions a week of no more than 15 mins. I’m definitely in the less is more camp.

It is possible to make noticeable gains with your own bare hands. Just relax and do what you can, take a break when you inevitably overwork it and hopefully the results will follow.

That’s an answer I was looking for. Thanks a lot , are you still gaining? And also have you ever done clamping?

I did gain with manuals exercises, but it wasn’t girth, it was length. It came on my newbie routine on the last 2 months. Back were I’m wasn’t stretching, just dry jelqing (low erection). This gain showed up when I switch my routine from 1ON-1OFF to 2ON-1OFF. Too bad it wasn’t girth, need girth so bad.

About 1 cm in 2 months. That was my only gains so far on my PE carrer (started Aug/14). Pretty sure It didn’t come from stretching, because I wasn’t stretching when that 1 cm appeared. I think this came from lower erection dry jelqing (basicly it stretches alot).

A lot of people have gained 0.5” from manuals alone. Myself, I gained 0.25” girth in the first 3 months of manuals, then nothing for a long time after that (9 months), so I had to use devices and more intense exercises. Everyone’s body is different, some respond really well to jelqing, while others need more intense exercises. Only way you will know is by trying.

Of course I will try , I have nothing to lose. Did you notice the 0,25 gain or you measured?
