I noticed it. I was doing PE for 7 weeks when I started out, and I had initially planned on measuring after 3 months, but saw my dick in the mirror when I was masturbating and thought it looked larger. Then I measured and it was 0.5” bigger in length and 0.25” bigger in girth. Needless to say I never stopped doing PE since (back in Autumn 2013).

No, that’s not what I understand as hand clamping. I get an erection, apply a tight tourniquet grip at the base for a count of 10, release slightly, do 10 kegels and then tighten the grip again. Repeat a few times and you get a quite impressive expansion.

Then I either hold for a couple of minutes trying to maintain the erection or wait for it to soften and go into plump bends.

Do you think it was affective for your girth gain? I might try to slowly start doing it

Difficult to say for sure as I my routine is unstructured and varied (I do whatever I feel like). As an experiment, two days ago I just did manual stretches followed by around 5 minutes of hand clamping. I have had positive indicators since.

I perhaps overdid it as well as I still feel a little tired downstairs. Nothing a couple of days off won’t fix but definitely a reminder to work up to it gently.

I pretty much do the same even if I try hard to stay to a routine. I’m consistent in my workouts but I find my self focusing on the technic rather than counting the jelqs. I also found out that I do quality jelqs which I read are better, I do around 50 of them and I do get some positive PI. I mix some light ulis under the hot running water and also 1-2 horse squeezes for 5-10 seconds to get a little expansion then I continue with my jelqs. Do you think I will have progress with this way? I try hard to not overdo it and I constantly check my dicks indications. I have sex quite often and when it gets tired after the 3rd time I cum, I know that I have overworked it a little bit and take a day or 2 off.

I have had success doing exactly the same as you. Everyone is different though. Continue taking it slow and steady and see where it takes you.
