Your Orgasm Improved!

Your Orgasm Improved!

5 steps to more satisfaction

When a man reaches orgasm, muscle tension and bloodflow to the pelvis peak, and the pubococcygeal muscle group, which supports the pelvic floor, spasms rhythmically at 0.8-second intervals. How can you possibly improve on that? Stronger contractions and more contractions, that’s how. Follow your pleasure guide.

*DO KEGELS. Squeeze the muscle you use to stop yourself from peeing. Hold for a few seconds, then release. Repeat 20 times, one to three times a day. Another benefit of Kegels is that they can help with premature ejaculation.

*FIND YOUR PLATEAU. The plateau phase of sexual response is right before the point of “ejaculatory inevitability,” when sex is often at its hottest. Be aware of your arousal levels. On a scale of 1(nice jeans) to 10(orgasm), try to keep yourself at a 7 or 8, and pause if you feel yourself losing control. This “peaking” will heighten the quality of orgasm because of the buildup of sexual tension and all those potent sex chemicals roiling in your system.

*STIMULATE YOUR P-SPOT. The perineum is the smooth area between your testicles and anus. It’s dense with nerve fibers and abuts the prostate. The prostate and perineal nerve fibers can be stimulated by pressing firmly against the perineum as you reach the point of no return.

*MAKE A RING. Squeezing the veins on the side of the shaft restricts bloodflow from the penis. This creates tightness and pressure that boost the intensity of orgasm. Make a ring with your thumb and index finger and wrap it tightly around the base of your penis as you’re reaching orgasm.

*ABSTAIN. Going without sex or masturbation will increase the volume of ejaculate and intensify orgasmic contractions. Stay away from non-FDA-approved supplements and herbal concoctions with outrageous claims-just follow the tips above and you won’t need any other help.

Actually Old sport, johnsonwax, You are correct. But you missed one important point, You achieve a greater orgasm, by stimulating the prostate and the perineum simultaneously. How can this be done, you ask? a good question mate. There is a device called the Aneros. This is sold for about $42.00. So how does this work you ask? One inserts this device into the Anus when it is greased with a water based Jell. Then has you rhythmically work the device around the prostate, the open end is placed on the perineum, and there is a positive feedback, from the prostate through the Aneros, back to the perineum. This action builds into a crescendo of utter pleasure. The orgasm is generated by the feed back from the prostate to the perineum. What you get is an anal orgasm. Stronger contractions, builds into greater contractions as the spasms rhythmically interleave between the prostate and the perineum increase to a dramatic spontaneous rhythm that makes the one’s whole body gyrate with pleasure that lasts anywhere from two to five minutes. All this without touching your dick. I spent the $42.00 for one of these devices, and from experience I can tell you that the this does work. Look up Aneros on the net.

The same frequency a woman’s vagina squeezes down when she orgasms as well. This is why simultaneous orgasms are the best orgasms my wife and I have.

If girth is king, why the hell does everyone keep talking about length?
