For those of you who don’t like reading a lot, I will post my main questions first, then the real post:

1) What supplement should I take if I want to be able to POP A PILL A FEW HOURS BEFORE SEX for mega-wood? Here’s the catch: I do not want accelerated heart beat and possible dizziness as a side effect, which I BELIEVE cancels out Viagra and Yohimbe. Also, no L-Arginine or NOX2 because those, in my experience, take some time to build up in your body and cannot simply be taken prior to sex without previous build up.

2) Do guys have cycles like girls, because my dick is acting like a bitch.

Here’s the story:

Recently I have been having sex with my gf, but I have been lasting shorter and shorter. This is something I understand and accept, and can remedy by taking it slow or doing certain positions. But last night, I couldn’t get it fully hard. There was no excuse really, physically or mentally speaking. It got me pissed off because I pride myself on being able to go whenever i want. I still don’t feel horny today.

Is there something like male sex cycles, where our dicks don’t operate right once in a while? I have been getting plenty of rest and stuff. Not much stress or anything. So I don’t know what it is.

Also, just in general, I’d like to be able to get ROCK HARD erections all the time. I am only 19, and usually I do get hard erections, but not ROCK HARD, and I am interested in a supplement that does this under the restrictions provided in question 1 above. Any help would be much appreciated because i am getting DAMN frustrated :( .

You are way too young to be needing supplements. My guess is you are going overboard with your routine and either wearing your cock out or causing more harm then good.

So, what is your PE routine and how hard do you go at it?

Does your routine include kegels? Kegels have made a huge difference in the strength of my erections, and I am 52 and don’t need any supplements.

What is your diet like? Do you eat good foods? How about smoking and alcohol?

I eat great (good meat, good veggies, no sweets, good omega fats -salmon etc.).
I don’t smoke. I drink once a week, a few drinks.

I do not do many kegels, because I used to last a long time without doing any, and I feel that this is not an issue of kegels. Maybe it is though, but I hear horror stories about overworking kegels and becoming weaker in the sack.

PE Routine - MAYBE its cable clamping. I got that 2 weeks ago, and though I haven’t noticed any problems with my dick the first week and a half, maybe it added up and now I should take a break from those, which I plan on doing. I manual stretch for 30 mins 5 days a week.

Other than that, I can’t think of anything else. And while I know I am too young for this kind of stuff, it gets me depressed because I used to be a stallion in the sack and now my dick is acting like an old man. All with the same girl, so its not anxiety. Argh.

Start the kegels. Do a couple hundred everyday and when you see what they do for you, you will add a couple hundred more. Try to do them in the morning, or at least not right before sex, so muscle fatigue is totally ruled out of the sex equation.

This sets off the sympathetic nervous system, which will deflate your erection…it becomes a vicious cycle. You worry about your erection, which causes loss of erection which increases your worry which increases the sympathetic stimulation…get it? Ok, you’re 19…its difficult NOT to get hard! Just drop all this stuff (for a while), it’ll all work great again when you quit worrying about it. Once you are back on track, just be aware that too much force in PE will result in decreased erectile hardness for a few days. If you notice it again, just lay off the PE until normal function returns…then decrease the force when you restart.

Oh yeah…kegels. Kegels strengthens a muscle (PC). As with any muscle, work it hard…then let it recover. If you work it too frequently, it will actually get weaker! Stop the kegels for now, until you are back to normal. When you restart them, try this…. do one set of kegels to the point where you can’t really pull back against moderate force (produced by pulling your penis straight out away from your body). So you grab your dick, and pull out away from your body, with enough force that you can still tug it back slightly when you kegel…follow me? After about 30-100 reps, you won’t be able to tug it back any more. You are finished for the day. Now, recover for about 5 days then try it again. If you get alot stronger in your ability to tug back, slightly increase the pull on your penis (I think 100 reps is PLENTY). Most guys are doing WAY too much kegel exercises, and really are over doing it.

I guarantee this will work great for you…much harder erections. The only problem with kegels (in my experience) it will make you more sensitive…and may actually make you cum sooner.

I’ve found that using the cable clamps definitely make me more sensitive. I do not, however, know if it has affected my staying-power since I’ve only been back using them for a few days.

I support that 100%.
It’s dangerous shit. I got pretty fucked up by my mind after some heavy PE. Very vicious cycle. I also had some performance anxiety.

I solved the whole problem by stopping everything at the moment and having a pack of viagra close to my bed. Makes me feel safe, this way I know I can get help from the V and this keeps the sympathic nervous system down if I have over worked my penis.
