I have been PEing for over a month now and I see a correlation to doing PE 3 days in a row to ED the following day, or something similar to that.

Basically Im on a 3 on and 1 off schedule, and after 3 days of intense workouts, my penis seems to be suffering a little bit of “ED.” Meaning after me and my girlfriend have sex, my “unit” seems to collapse =(. When I do get it up again, it’s not nearly as hard.. Could my penis be worn out? Is that the problem?

Sounds like it. Try easing up on the intensity or add in some extra rest days. First, take 3-5 days off to fully recover.

It does this everytime I workout 2-3 days straight though. Everytime I take a 1-2 day break and go see my girlfriend, it feels like I popped 3 pills of viagra, because it wont go down (which I like). Its not like I pulled anything, I was just curious is PEing is like lifting weights in that sense..

example: you work out your chest three days straight, the 4th day its going to be soar because its resting, same concept?

Read again what Hobby said.

When you come back to PE, lighten your routine. Many of us do 5 days on, 2 off. We’re able to do that because we don’t beat our dicks up, and we can still get them up.

Thanks guys for the advice, I’ll probably take a few days break, then get back on track like you both suggested. Then I might move to 2 on and 1 off, and see if that effects it. I will also be starting a new routine soon which is closer to 5 days on and 2 off, but I would like to resolve this first :D

You are aging. I used to crank out two daily nuts, Now I dribble. Every three days, (assuming I am disciplined enough to carry this out) I crank out a good load.

That would seem logical, however I am only 18, I can’t be that close to the end of my road so soon in life, can I.

Ya that is what I used before and I never got any problems, I think I went overboard to quickly.
