What foods help with erections

Hi I am not sure if this is the right place for this thread so sorry if it is in the wrong place.

Can people post all the foods they know of that help with your erections. I am not that interested in herbal pills like PSP but foods and herbs you can buy from the supermarket.

I saw a report on the news a couple weeks ago that said a study was done with 1000 men. Half drank an 8oz glass of pomegranate juice before bed and half drank a placebo. The group that drank the pomegranate juice experienced harder erections due to increased blood flow due to the anti-oxidants in the pomegranate. I’ve been drinking this juice daily for a few months and have experienced harder erections everyday since I started.

Hm. I heard that pomegranate is one of those foods that boosts estrogen production. I don’t have a source or anything, so the claim isn’t really valid other than for you to look up if you like, but it seems as though other things, like green tea, would give you the same anti oxidant boost.

I’ve included the juice in my diet but only four ounces during the day. Not for the blood flow since I hadn’t heard about it but for the antioxidants. So did a little Google search and found the following:

I think Yohimbe has plenty of health risks that should make it something to ignore in the aphrodisiac department.

Pomegranate juice is great, but there’s so much natural sugar in it, you may want to cut it with some soda-water or something… it’s intense.

Solid advice. Fresh wheat grass juice is miracle food. The “better you” will emerge.
