With respect to post op size loss, I wonder why they can design a procedure and device that makes it longer than before and thicker too? Any commentary on this since we are on a penis enlargement site here?

That is a very valid point. I hope in time they do. I remember reading about a surgery where they graft a lot more veins into the shaft and then girth did increase 1/2” or so and length did as well. Anyone know which one I mean?
