Using TENS for pelvic floor recovery

Does anyone have any actual experience with this? If yes, what are the TENS settings?

From what I understand it is not possible and yes I have tried to find out as much as I can and have also purchased the machines in the hope of discovering it by accident. With females its very easy with us because of how we are built its not possible for the tens machine to reach the necessary muscle groups. I must point out though this is from what I have understood at this current time with the information I have available to me, others may have found away for it to work, if so please let me know.

If you understand where the muscle motor points are they will work every one of them by placing the pads in the correct positions. This is from experience.
