Of course it is ridiculous to think that penis size changes between countries next to each other, considering it is human wars and politics that have put those dividing lines there, and mostly fairly recently. The peoples have not lived separately within those country borders for long enough to have evolved differently sized penises to their neighbours.

So, it’s perhaps more of a measurement of how inaccurate measurements can be?
