Temperature of flaccid penis and balls?

Hi!

I have two questions.

1. I don’t know whether this is related to PE or not, and I can’t remember how long its been like this. Maybe it’s perfectly normal. I dont know.

For some reason, it seems that my penis and balls are slightly colder than the rest of my body (flaccid state). I know that the balls are supposed to be colder because of something with the quality of the sperm, but the penis? I don’t know if it is like this all day. I mostly notice it before sleep when playing around with my stuff.

2. When I have erections , the head of my penis is still kind of soft. The rest of my penis get really hard, but the head is kind of “fluffy”. When doing clamping excercises, the head tends to get very hard and allot bigger than normal. What is the reason of this, and how to solve it?

The cooler balls are normal. As far as the cool penis is concerned with me personally if I over train I get the cooler penis especially at the head.

I also experience the soft head when erect as a lot of members here do I believe. I think it is normal to some extent but it has also been chalked up to veinous leakage on the forum.

The circulation of the head (or glans) during erection is far different than within the cavernosa. The cavenosa is basically an enclosed structure (by the tunica) which when filled with blood, the draining veins are occluded. This makes it rigid on erection.

The glans is the end portion of the corpus spongiosum. The spongiosum has a far less rigid tunica surrounding it. There is direct artery to vein connections within the spongiosum (particularly in the head). This causes a shut of blood out of the glans up until maximum erection when the glans can be hard as well. Though even then, not always for sustained periods.

There is an apparent physiologic advantage to this. On the penetration stroke of intercourse, blood is milked out of the spongiosum and head, softening it. This may reduce trauma to the cervix so it doesn’t swell and close off the opening (and lead to species extinction). On the withdrawal stroke, blood is pushed back into the head so that when the penis is pushed back in, it can effectively penetrate the vaginal entry. At least this is theory among sex specialists.

Blood flow to the flaccid penis is low. This can make it perceptively cooler than the rest of the body.
