But if you ejecalate soon after you have taken the pills, or you increase your dosage, the problem resurfaces

I would stop taking it and look for an alternative solution.
The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
I just got off it actually, it wasn’t working very well for me, and the doctor told me to take more, and the ejaculation problem cam back.
