Stopped gym and lost libido

Hi everybody, just a couple weeks ago I stopped cold turkey weightlifting and reported a loss in libido and less hard erections. This year has been great for my physique (been bulking, added 8 kgs) and I’ve had a very strong libido and hard erections all throughout the period I trained. Even my girlfriend told me I am less ‘dirt’ under the sheets, I am more lovely and my erections are weaker. Anyone may report something like this?

Ok great, It’s good not to be alone. Thanks man.

I quitted because I’m on the angion method, that comes along with sprinting-like training, I’m studying for a big exam that I’ll take on September and basically I don’t have anymore time/energy for weightlifting. I’ll take it again in the beginning of October when my ‘angion method experiment’ will be completed. I plan to reach 80 kgs by the end of this year (I’m 77 now, 28 yo, 1,74 cm tall, or 1,74 cmshort ahah)

So you think losing your libido because you’re not exercising and are conducting some type of experiment is a good thing?

Heavy weightlifting causes an increase in testosterone production in Leydig cells. Testosterone is responsible for libido, hornyness, aggressiveness etc. So I don’t think It’s a good thing but I think it’s just physiological. Maybe the title is inappropriate: I didn’t lost my libido, it only got lower. Lower but definitely I feel the difference.

So instead of being on here because time is short why aren’t you at the gym?

Are u kidding man?

Why would I be kidding? The exercise is good for you and if you wanted to you could make time for it. Okay so you don’t want to.

Yes but I didn’t think I would have passed from fuckhertheshitout-mode to this. Considering that I’m just 28, not 40… feels strange man

You’re definitely a troll.

Well my lady is not complaining about my performance; how about yours?

And trolls, like me, are really cute!

Look into HIIT training. You will get both benefits of cardio, blood flow, strength and muscle stimulation. Also, very good st increasing test levels.

The key to all of this is your test levels. It doesn’t matter what your doing, when your doing it, and how. What matters is your testosterone levels. There’s many ways to increase test levels. This should be the key goal for every man. Without testosterone, you are not a man.

It sounds like you are quitting a very healthy life style that is giving you fantastic benefits for a method that has no history of proven good result an is in fact already giving you negative feedback.

I know exactly what I would do. Go back to what I know not only works for me, but works great for me, and that is my advice to you.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Basically.. this is also what jimmy I’m pretty sure was implying.

If you really wanna do the Angion Method, stick with your exercise routine, and simply incorporate it. But don’t change a healthy promise for something that isn’t promised.
