STD from oral sex

I got really drunk and went down on a friend last night. And now I’m worried about getting an STD. I’ve known her for a little while but I don’t know all her sex history. I know she hasn’t slept with that many people but it’s not about the number of partners right. I’ve been reading up that oral sex on a woman is relatively low risk of getting anything. In fact there was a chart from a university that stating the only real risk of getting/giving is herpes. Is that true? It said that all other risks are extemely low.

Yes, the risks are extremely low but maybe go to the clinic just in case to put your mind at ease. Aside from all that, how was it?

Don’t worry at all about any moral issues with your ex-gf. She is your ex, you are not in a committed relationship with her. What you do sexually with other people is not at all her concern. She can be mad all she wants but if you allow yourself to care about that you are just allowing her to emotionally twist and abuse you.

Yes, you can get herpes from going down on a woman, but not much else that would cause any problems. Recent studies suggest that HPV is linked to throat cancer, so oral sex with lots of partners may increase your cancer risk, but I doubt that’s going to change many men’s behavior :)

When you guys say low, what does that mean? Lets say you go down on a girl with herpes. If she’s not on an breakout, what is a relatively correct percent chance of getting herpes? What about during an breakout?
