Can you elaborate on your techniques of “reverse kegel”?. I have been praticing kegel for the last week or so to try to help with my premature ejac, and now I am going to try sjw, because it’s worth a try.. The liqud c seems too expensive ($45 a pop), I’m in a relationship and if I could get this problem fixed I am looking forward to having sex several times a day.. Hopefully.. Where can I get 5-HTP?? Is that an over the counter supplement?. Thanks.

Liquid C is quite cheap actually. For about a hundred bucks I got enough to take it once a week for the next several years!

5- htp is at any decent health food store. Mostly used to aid in sleep. It upsets my stomach however.

O really.. Thats awesome. Can you please give me some information on how to order the liquid c?. Because I didn’t see any paypal links on the site referenced in this post.. And what brand 5-HTP do you recommend for me?.

I only bought 5-htp twice. I don’t know if brand matters, but there is a type of 5-htp that is “enteric coated” which means it is not supposed to dissolve until it gets past your stomach and into your gut. It is supposed to decrease the chance of upset stomach.

Do you think it will be ok to take SJW with Liquid C or Viagra at the same time? Because i really dislike using “Preformax” condoms because in order for me to stay hard even with the V or Liquid C I really have to concentrate, that stuff that numbs the penis is no joke if your not focused you can easily lose your erection. So if this works then maybe i can start using regular condoms.

But as stated earlier in this thread, I too am the same way as VVC and you(doodman) in wanting to please a women and enjoy the actual sight of longer sex rather than getting the pleasure of cumming.

How much liquid Q should I take? I got it in tomorrow. I tried to take 1ml and it didn’t do anything. I’ve also been on SJW and 5HTP for over a week with no results, but I’m going to try Liquid C now and see if that helps. I’ve also been using the loafa in the shower on my glans and that hasn’t bee working either.. I hope that I have some hope to get rid of this problem. I’m losing hope.

Ill try this, because I’ve been taking st johns Warts, liquid C (threw out after 3 weeks of nothingness), and HTP-5, lots of kegel, and scrubbing my glans with a lofa.. With nO rEsuLTs!.

Very fustrating.. I am honestly losing hope that I will ever really enjoy sex.. It’s more stress than enjoyment.. Thanks for everyones suggestions though.. Next try is this book I guess.

Good luck brian. I can’t believe you didn’t feel any effects of the liquid C. Did you really throw it out? I would have bought it.

I didn’t think the SJW would work for you. I went back on it, but not for stamina. I still get the better sleep from it, and after I got off it, I noticed I was grumpier. Like I would get mad at my wife for some little thing, and then stay pissed off for a couple of days. I noticed that I never did that when taking the SJW. So I think it really does have a mild prozac type effect. Makes me more calm and not stressed.

I have that book, and I think it really might help you.

Thanks.. I just purchased the book on amazon. Ill read through it and try to learn. The liquid c just made me acheive an erection again and again after I came, which is something I honestly can do decent naturally with some effort.

Any new info re the experience with SJW?

I have been on it non-stop for the last few months. I feel like it helps with stress, and I also feel like I have lasted longer in bed in the last month or so. For example, 7 minutes used to be average, and 10 minutes good, but the other day I went 17 minutes and several times in the last month lasted 12 or 13. It seems like it is something other than the sJW causing this because I think I would have noticed it sooner if it was the sjw. I just went off it and will see if things change after it is out of my system. If my times are significantly shorter a month from now, I may start believing that SJW helps, but right now I don’t have enough evidence to say that.
