Anyone ever wondered why vegans always look weak and “demasculized”

Well it’s likely due to the amounts of soy they eat.
I know there are many dial-a-result “”studies”” done by people who either sell it or want you to eat it.
But I know a lot of people who eat soy even not so often.

So what’s the big deal?
Well soy contains many different kinds of phytoestrogens , they are about 1\10000 times less potent then estradiol the main female hormone , yet the total quantity might double or tripple the amount of estrogens in your body , and you can get man boobs (gyno) , or your girlfriend might have problems with her menstrual cycle.
But it doesn’t stop here , said phytoestrogens , travel into the hypothalamus where they hit the sex hormone receptors , which in turn makes it produce less prohormones that convert to testosterone , which means lowered levels of testosterone in your body , demasculization and problems with PE
But it doesn’t stop here either , unlike many plant phytoestrogens , who block the estrogen receptors , not allowing the more potent “natural” estrogens bind to it , some phytochemicals in soy actually stimulate new estrogen receptor formation , which makes you more sensitive to estrogen in certain areas. (Man boobies)

Also soy contains many anti nutrients , that interfere with your digestive system , that and small amounts of it , fry your thyroid gland , slowing your metabolism , making you fat (and fat produces estradiol by itself which makes your wang even smaller , which reminds me of that fatso online forum , where man complained their wang is 2 inches after they force fed themselves with cake into 500 pounds at a short frame.)

If your vegan , you can always eat oats and other legumes for protein.

I forgot to mention they add soy almost everywhere especially cheap “meat” and “cheese” as well as mcD’s and stuff like that cause it’s the cheapest ingredient there is ( excess from cattle fodder , cattle can’t eat too much soy or else they die prematurely) so try to avoid foods that have ” vegetable protein” or something to do with soy except “soy lechitin” high up in the list.

We have had a few threads on this subject and I pretty much agree with you. And soy is in everything which really blows. I try my best to avoid it but it ain’t easy.

Yeah , I wonder why this bio engineered food has so much E in it.
It smells bad to me , as if it was there intentionally and the “real” soy doesn’t have that amount.

For example to fatten up cows (btw some veans might think I’m bashing them , I’m not I’m sort of vegi curious myself) cheaper without using external steroids.

Or.. To make us all soft weak and docile (I read some right wing article in one webbie that claims soy makes fetuses grow gay) , it;s possible :)

But imagine what would that be to have a food that contains phytoandrogens (no data on this , except oats help free bound test in your blood and the more the better)
Govmnt health ministries would work extra hard to ban it!

No I’m not , I dislike them actually , they make stupid “studies” with no isolation on whatever the subject , get stupid results , and quote from other studies like this , trying to act all pseudo intellectual. Also they have an affinity with chemically castrating people “cause it lowers cholesterol”

Rants aside , green tea doesn’t have any anti estrogenic effects , however broccoli , cabbage , cauliflower and brussles sprouts are known to have strong anti-estrogenic properties.

edit: Nobody forces you to eat soy ;) .. And besides, even plain old _fat_, if too much, will cause a rise of estrogen levels in your male, fatty body (along with all the less than masculine sideeffects in appearance, sex and thinking).

Cabbage is also good for PE, so is celery, Sarsaparilla, I think I spelled that right.

I did not know that about oats, is there any other grain foods that help un-lock testosterone.

I was wondering myself if there wasn’t a conspiracy going on. Correct me if I’m wrong I have not did research of this particular hypothesis and that is this. "Testosterone does not make you an ass hole but DHT does.” Do you think this hypothesis has merrit?

I totally agree with this. Keep tofu levels to a minimum, and avoid soymilk at all costs! However, fermented soy like soy sauce and soybean oils (some?) I’ve heard do not have the estrogenic effects. I don’t eat red meat, but I’m sure to get my protein from sources other than soy.

Actually they add a lot of it to many deli foods , and 60% of supermarket goods contain soy.
Also too much fat in your diet is unlikely as everything is “reduced fat” nowdays.. Humans are made to eat much more fats in their diet (but if YOU are a big walking , talking , fatty acid then you DO produce estrogens from your adipose tissue)
Probably a good maintainace\balanced diet for an individual who does not work out would be 10%protein30-40%fat and the rest from carbohydrates , with more fat and protein when you move your ass and start deadlifting.

Anyway , it’s just a notice as any mainstream information on this topic seems to be too “balanced” (biased) since
1.it’s a big shock \ money loss to some people and “controversial”
2.”normal” people unlike us alpha males on their way to a p0rn pecker and muscle, don’t care less what they put in their food.

So I put a notice with everything I know on the subject.

Ferminated non GM soy is much better on that. However they are not free of estrogens and anti nutrients.
It’s not economic to do it and that’s the big deal about it in the first place.
Also that reminds me , must eat 95% more soy to have the same side effects as non orientals , also unlike what ads say , there isn’t that much soy in their diet much less then Americans on average , even in old times it was considered a poor man’s food.

DHT is the shit , problems arise when the test:dht ratio is broken due to old age , and you get prostate hypertrophy.

Anyway DHT is 10 times more androgenic then testosterone , giving you the big dick (I think), body hair , bone growth amd masculization at certain areas and a masculine face. Yeah and makes you aggressive.
Not an asshole , just someone girly-boys fear and detest. =]
However it’s effects on muscle building are rather weak cause it’s broken down in the muscle so it’s not that anabolic.

And no theres nothing I know of except oats that does this ,
I heard that garlic has some test boosting effects. (Google “garlic testosterone”) as well.

On the other side of the table , (yet doesn’t claim it makes people gay , yet although it is pretty radical.)
