I had too much erection in my sleep.

I am 26 years old, and have been doing PE for 3 weeks now.

Yesterday was my day off in PE. At 5am in the morning, I had a hard erection that woke me up, and I went to pee. Then I slept again. At 8.00am, I woke up and it was still hard to some degree.

I didn’t have so much erection in one night for some time, to a degree that I could even wake up.

I think I should be happy, but I am a bit worried so I post this question. Is it safe to have such continuous erections during sleep? I remember I had such things when I was in my teenages.

It is the best thing possible. Get worried when it goes away. It is a sign of good health and perfect for penile regeneration.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

It is definately a good thing. This means that you are getting better circulation to your penis. Think of it like this… if you started working out in the gym and your muscles started to look harder and larger all the time, would it be bad?

I’ve been having the same “problem” ever since I started PE. It’s the only “negative” side effect I’ve yet found from PE - difficulty in sleeping.

I keep waking up with blazing hard-ons.
