Skin below the glans attached

When I was about 14 years old I had skin below the glans, somehow it was attached to the glans. I had nail clipped it and it hurt like an ant biting my penis. It bleed a little, then the next few days it healed. I have a picture here, so you can get an idea. Would clipping it have caused any damage to my penis? I believe thats why my penis turtles.

Penis “turtles” are normal and depend on time of day, room temperature, emotions and more. A clipped skin bridge wouldn’t be the cause. If it’s healed then there’s nothing to be concerned about.

Likely scar tissue from circumcision.
