Sex problems - can't ejaculate or and can't stay hard

Sex problems - can't ejaculate or and can't stay hard

Hi. I am 20 and have been having some real problems in bed. I have been with my girlfriend for about 6 months now. I find her really sexy and I really like her emotionally.

However, when it comes time to actually have sexual intercourse it is difficult. The first time is normally good. I can get hard and we have sex for a while and I will normally ejaculate. But then after that, I will get hard and not be able to stay hard or I will not be able to stay hard enough to ejaculate and sometimes after I put on the condom I will just go limp. Other times we will have sex and I will pretend that I came to avoid telling her that I just went soft. I can have sex in one position for a good amount of time but if my dick slips our or we want to change I will go soft.

I posted this a few weeks ago and have tried kegeling but it has not done too much(it has possibly helped with premature ejaculation though). Can anyone give me any specific advice on how to deal with these two problems? I also did some reading on delayed ejaculation but it doesn’t seem to talk about the fact that I can’t stay hard. I really do find her attractive and she is really sexy.

Does anyone have any advice here please?

Thanks again

Seyz

IMO, you are thinking too much.

If you two feel like you make a good unit together, at least sexually, just think about the sex, not about whether or not you are going to be hard or cum.

When you say, “the first time,” are you saying that if you try to have sex again soon THEN it doesn’t work?

Are you trying to ejaculate twice in one session? Not every guy can do that. I usually can’t. One ejaculation & I’m finished. Nothing wrong with that.

When doing kegel excersises it is important to know that results will not come quickly. It may take several months to get to a acceptable level.

Besides that you should not overdo the excersises because you will fatigue your muscles preventing strong erections. Take enough rest. I don’t know if you have a PE routine maybe you should cut back on it.

Next to kegels you should try jelquing and stopping porn.

22 years. BPEL 7.4 inches. Girth: 6.3 inches. Goal: Becoming a tripod!

My other hobby and project:

I’d say spend more time licking her so you don’t have to try so hard not to climax during intercourse. It becomes a bad habit.

Also, if you’re circumcised consider wearing your shaft skin rolled forward over the glans to make your mucosa more sensitive.

Yeah. I can have sex once for a few mins fine, then when we do it again it is harder for me to cum. That will happen maybe 30 mins to an hour later. I can get hard but then loose erection when I put condom on or when we switch positions.

Ah. That’s another issue. It’s about “refractory” time, the time needed before you can get fired up again. We all have our own refractory periods and they seem to be pretty much etched in stone except on those few occasions when everything is working perfectly and our moon is in Venus.

I’d say use the space you have together after you do have sex to just enjoy each other in different ways. But maybe somebody here has a sure-fire way to get over refractory periods.

Nope there is no way to get over refractory periods except for Viagra.

How long does that take to help?

That would probably depend on the individual, their age, experience, how much porn they watched and how de-sensitized they had become etc.

I think most guys would notice their ease of arousal etc. would begin to improve in two to three weeks. For some maybe a bit more or less.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

What do you mean by “one session”?

Do you mean like one night?

Will masturbation and/or looking at sexually exciting non-nude images hurt?

As long as it’s not done to excess, it should be no problem.
