Sex drive sucks.

Sex drive sucks.

For as long as I can remember, except when I was about 12 or 13 years old when I could cum all day and never get tired, I can normally only have 1 orgasm per day if I’m able to acheive one at all. I’m only 19 years old and I’m trying to figure out why I’m so different than everyone else I talk to. After an orgasm, I loose hard and I can’t regain it for at least 15 minutes and when I do, there’s no way I’m having another one until the next day comes around unless I hightail it to the bathroom and yank my dick like no one’s looking and there’s no tomorrow. Also, I don’t have a full on erection if I’ve had an orgasm that day. So, with my partner, we can never have sex like twice in a row or even twice in one day. When my dick does get hard again, it’s kind of sore somtimes, and doesn’t feel near the pleasure as before I had my orgasm. Also, sometimes, an orgasm is out of the question and I can’t have one at all. This makes me feel weird with my partner, I know you guys know how it feels when you’re girl can’t get you off and it makes them feel bad and you feel bad cuz it’s like they’re not pleasing you. I can always acheive orgasm through masturbation

Does anybody else have this problem?

I did PE for about 2 years about 4 years ago and gained 1 1/2” from manual excercises. Do you think this had any effect on my performance? I’m only 19 and my sex drive is supposed to be out of the roof, supposed to be a sex animal that can do it all day long and keep going, I can only imagine what it will be like when I’m 50 or 60.

A big part in sexual performance is both diet and weight management.

When I was at my heavist, 265lb I had no sex drive, I would pop in 2 minutes and my wife no longer was interested in having sex with me.

I was eating a pretty bad diet, void of almost all proteins, vegetables or proper carbs. I decided to get in shape, clean up my diet and within 3 months, i was pounding away and maintaining erections and orgasms for the better part of an hour. I am a firm believer in proper nutrition for sexual improvment and believe that it helped me overcome my problems. another major contributing factor is testosterone levels. At 19 you should be coursing with the stuff, however again, without proper diet or even some physical activity, you could be hindering your sexual performance.

As going4nine mentioned, what is your current diet like?

Do you drink alcohol?

Do you take any medications?

Are you over weight?

Do you exercise?

I moved this to a more appropriate forum. Also, please use spell checker before submitting posts, I know that sometimes I forget myself, but catch my mistakes and edit. Also, cuz isn’t allowed, cause is.

sunny A day without sunshine is like a day without laughter :sun:

Medical issues come to mind. At 19 with these types of symptoms you should see an internist or an endocrinologist to look for the cause. Some of the possibilities are: Diabetes, thyroid problems, inadequate testosterone, High blood pressure, obesity, certain meds or drugs, all come to mind.

Check it out guys, no need to have a big dick if you ain't gonna use it!!

MaximumGayne, I too had a similar experience with my sex drive when I was about your age. Depression and stress was the culprit in my case and as these problems went away I regained my sex drive. Perhaps this might apply to you as well?

What you need to do now, as gprent101 suggested above, is to figure out all the factors (both mental and physical) that might be affecting your sex drive in a bad way and change these things. If you feel really worried about your sex drive or if your sex drive keeps getting worse I would suggest you go see a doctor. However, I doubt that there’s something wrong with you since one’s sex drive will vary through life for different reasons. But if you do decide to go, whatever the diagnosis may be, you will be one step closer to a solution to your problem.

Hope things work out for the best.

Thanks for your help guys!

I’m also 19 and have the EXACT same condition. I eat very healthy, have a low bodyfat percentage, and exercise frequently. I don’t drink and I’m on no medications. Considering that should I be concened? How would I decide if I should see an internist or endocrinologist luv?

Heys guys,

Reading your posts, I have one question. How long have you been feeling this way? Like JK said your bodies go through changes creating ups and downs. Everything can affect your sex drive. Diet, overall health, attitude, stress, natural hormonal swings ( believe it or not there is research showing that men go through a type of cycle much like a woman’s menstrual cycle). So, if it hasn’t been very long, no offense you are nineteen and haven’t been around the block but a couple of times, don’t worry about it. Worrying would only make matters worse. But, If you don’t see a change in the near future the number one easiest thing to do is change your diet and exercise. It not only shocks the system, but will encourage testosterone surges as well. If all else fails have your blood sugar checked. You might be surprised.

As long as I can remember.

I would say L-Arginine is worth to try.
I had weak erections and low sex drive… L-Arginine helped me allot.
I am 28.

It starts working after 1 week (Or less) of daily intake.
You get better blood flow in your genitals, and harder erections.

In combination with PE,its really great stuff.

Arginine Ornitine.

They are also recommended by doctors

here in italy to enhance the effect of

pe routine!

Try to figure if in you there is something that produce stress…

Are you worried? Too mentally active?

Do you wear eye-glasses? That can produce stress.

If so, have a laser therapy.

Any other factors?

The mind is the first sexual organ.

In any case you have to feel well with your self,

your body.

Try to reflect if you fell well. With yourself.

If not, find the way. Sex is easy. It needs simplicity

and a relaxed mind-body…

Any vascular problems?

In your family all is ok?
