Red and stingy "pee hole"

Hi all

Sometimes my penis stings a little bit when I pee and when I orgasm, sometimes it doesn’t. It’s been like this for a long time. I know that I have mild prostatis, and I have tried medicines in the past but it has never done anything for me. When is stings, it’s doesn’t really hurt that much so I have not bothered to see a doctor about it. Today, i looked carefully on my penis and saw something scary. I dont know what this place is called, but it’s the hole where the pee come out (pee hole?) My english is not good, but I will try to describe this as well as I can. I can only see like the first cm “within” the “hole”, but the “walls” was very red, they almost looked bloody. I tried to get some paper “down there” a bit to see if it was blood, but it seems like its not. Is it supposed to look like this? I know that its not supposed to sting when I pee…Maybe I should see a doctor about this.
