OK I’m pretty sure I have rectal prolapse. I went through a phase of drinking cayenne water daily 1/4th teaspoon to try to help me poop during a period where I actually skipped days without pooping which wasn’t normal for me. One day I had blood there when I wiped my ass and I’m not sure if that is connected to it. I noticed just last week that after everytime I finish pooping my ass stays inside out until I wipe it. I noticed it when I felt a lump while wiping my ass one day after a poop. So I got my hand mirror and looked down there while stooping and sure enough my ass was out a little bit. There is a little pain there and my asshole gets kinda sore. I admit that I’ve always took a while to do #2 in the restroom but since I have been constipated(which I’m not anymore due to diet changes) I was straining A LOT to get the poop started as sometimes it didn’t come out so easily. I know I probably should get it checked out but I don’t have insurance yet and it would be quite embarrassing to tell my wife about it. Is there a natural solution to reverse or keep it from possibly progressing into prolapsing even more? Rihgt now it barely comes out at all but it definitely is rectal prolapse and not hemmrhoids or anything because I looked at pictures of what those look like.

To add more detail if I cough, sneeze, do squats in the gym etc none of this will make it happen it is just after I poop.

It does actually sound rather like haemorrhoids to me - they can be internal or external.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Really? How so? I’ve looked at many pictures of that and none of them looked like their asshole was inside out. Maybe I threw you off by saying it “felt like a lump” maybe. If I could rephrase it I would say it felt like my asshole was protruding. But there is some pain there when it comes outward after a poop but it looks more like my ass is inside out than a bump or something. Can you elaborate?

First of all, I don’t think you should feel embarrassed to tell your wife about this. Depending on whether it is a prolapse or a much more common hemorrhoid it is a natural human aliment that needs treatment.

Second, you need more fiber to make this better, not cayenne pepper. The pepper will just make your ass burn like hell.

Start adding raw vegetables to your diet like carrots, celery, tomatoes and lettuce. Also add beans like kidney, black or pinto. Add fruits like banana, apple and oranges. Eat whole wheat bread. The more fiber you eat, the easier it will be to take a dump. When your diet is correct, there will be no strain at all to poop, in fact, you may have to run to the toilet every once and a while. :)


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Thanks for the advice. You know funny thing is I have dandruff n psoriasis and I read that gluten could possibly help these problems. While I haven’t seen any improvement in these areas it hit me today that right around 2 weeks ago I stopped eating gluten products and I’ve been pooping for at least 2 times a day since then. I’m talking every single day about an hour or two after each meal. I think the gluten may have been the problem. I could go back to eating bread containing gluten to see if I become constipated again but I really don’t want to go that route anymore. I hated the feeling of knowing my body would be accumulating all that waste inside me. It has been much easier for me to poop as well and I don’t strain while doing it. I’d hope it’s a hemorrhoid but I don’t think it is but when I go tomorrow morning I will get my mirror and take a look before I wipe because it goes back in even when I wipe lightly. Sounds disgusting I know but I take my health seriously.

Lots of fiber, probiotics, and prune juice helps if it is hemorrhoids. I have them and it sucks, but there is not much you can do except try to manage them. Also, things tend to go into ‘remission’ after a while if you are careful, until you do something stupid and cause them to flair up again.

Yep. See a physician for a confirmed diagnosis and best treatment. Do it without delay.

Yes sounds a lot like piles (haemorrhids)

Next month when I get insurance I will get it checked out.

Quick update guys since my last post I haven’t felt any pains down there after pooping and it hasn’t happened again yet. I wouldn’t be mad if it never happened again lol one time though when I pooped it felt like one of those big turds that had spikes in it or something but after that is when I noticed that the pain went away and haven’t experienced anything since. I will come back in a day or two to report any updates.

I’m starting to think it’s hemorrhoids but I thought it was prolapse since it looks nothing like bumps in my ass. It’s starting to hurt more often now. Thankfully I just got my insurance card I’m gonna find a doctor and schedule an appointment to get checked. I’m starting to feel the soreness when I do my kegal routine as if it may be getting larger or something. I just hope the doctor that I decide to go with don’t have me wait months before I can get checked.

I think it’s haemorrhoids from your description. You should NOT kegel if you have them.
