YES!

I experienced this back in the Summer, it’s linked to nutrition and cortisol levels.

Take plenty of rest, and perhaps a herbal test supplement like tribulus wouldn’t go amiss.

I would suggest that you la off from the gym for a good couple of weeks and just relax and make sure you eat good food and drink plenty of water. Also don’t wear any tight undergarments.

See the doctor first and go from there. Once all medical problems are ruled out you can work on enhancement with whatever is recommended here. I use a pump mainly for pre-intercourse, and for fun!

After reading the latest issue of Men’s Health and guessing that you take some kind of protein to supplement your workouts, I was wondering how much soy protein are you taking? The MH article describes the concerns of men getting too much soy protein which effects estrogen levels and actually developing breasts, or having erection problems or low sperm counts or low libido.

So check your diet carefully and look for sources of hidden or not so hidden soy protein and then get rid of it.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
