Go see your doctor. Either your thyroid HRT is set to high or your testosterone HRT is to high. And what else are you taking that may speed up your heart beat?
Also are you on any SSRI’s

I seriously doubt blood is stolen from your penis. Penile blood volume is probably only about 100 ml. The loss of erection is likely psychological because you’re thinking about what might be “wrong.”

No I just got back on wellbutrin but only 150 mg to keep appetite suppression and sweating to a minimum. Wellbutrin deleted anxiety last time so this should help in a few more days.

My bad. SSRIs can take 4-8 weeks to leave your system. Perhaps this is something?
