To all you smokers out there (this includes me though I’ve taken some steps with quitting), smoking can shorten your dick up to 1cm! I believe that is .39 inches, almost losing a half inch because of smoking! All us smokers should really do a service for our dicks and truly quit so we can spare them suffering. I do not know if quitting will bring that length back but I would assume so because you will no longer be restricting blood flow to the penis.

Yes, shortening your cock is traumatic, but shortening your life is also a nasty side effect. The only positive, once you are dead, your size issues are over.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

As a hypnotherapist working with stop smoking I can tell you it is well known that smoking damages the tissues of the body, and the mechanisms of blood supply especially.

Viens and arteries shrink due to long term smoke damage, as the shit is toxic to living tissue and our dicks are the size they are due to the amount of blood we can force into them.

I’ve only been PEing for the last year and a half or so, and smoke a lot.
All the added blood flow and veinage (and size, thankfully) gained since has been impressive (to me anyway. That’s what matters right?).

It’s nice to know all that needs to be done for better results is to quit smoking!

(New don’t light-up mantra/affirmation: “Suck it up bitch! It’s getting fatter!”)

This is the main reason I quit smoking. I believe the immediate effects of quitting will enlarge your size within 3-7 days! It’s all about blood flow, which nicotine inhibits.

It does make a serious difference in EQ. I quit for a year and a half and my EQ was so much better. Sadly I started again but I’ve cut way down and I still exercise. All thing considered I’m in pretty good shape but I know it would help alot if I quit again. Just not ready to go through that again at the moment. Thankfully PE has helped my EQ significantly and is probably at least half of what I’ve gained so far. Either way I’m pretty happy with my results so far in spite of my smoking habit.

I just started smoking again after almost 2 years. Sucks. I can already feel myself being poisoned. I hope to quit again very soon.
