I think there is different kinds of zinc isn’t there? Maybe why some supplements have higher mg’s of the zinc.

It needs to be taken in consideration the amount of elemental zinc in these preparations. As an eg, 10 mg of zinc gluconate has only 1.4 mg of elemental zinc
