How can I cure this once and for all. It’s really upsetting to know that you can only last 3mins tops

I’ve cured my premature ejaculation

From a former two minute man myself I know what your going through. Look at WErner Ashfords thread on Ballooning, Sweet rewards.

But hears a nifty pointer:

Ejaculate before you edge, knock one off. Then proceed, you’ll find that the second cum takes longer to arrive at. Go to the point of know return andf b ack off a bit, play with your balls or something tell it subsides. Stroke at the base of your penis. Come up to the head only now and then. Don’t cry if you don’t go for a half hour the first time it takes practice.
