Inspired by something I just read about Gabba, I thought I’d start a thread related to Premature Ejaculation and it’s possible cures. I have suffered from this for as many years as I can remember. It is something that seems to improve when I am having regular sex, but I would love to find something that reliably combats this problem.

I have read about RWG’s experience with acupuncture. And now a little about GABA.

If you have any experiences of your own that can help me and others with this problem, I hope you will post them here.

I never had that problem myself but some people posted recently that Viagra delays ejaculation.

And I think alcohol delays it as well. But alcohol is bad for erections and has some other major issues in long term.

There are some Chinese techniques but I never tried these as I said I don’t have the issue but perhaps some good people will share knowledge later here.

I’m aware that there are exercises one can do. I’m referring more to supplements and new pharmacutical advances, or therapies.

I’ve tried the edging exercises and some of the other ones that I have read about here and elsewhere. I find it is difficult to stay motivated doing them when one is not with a regular sexual partner.

Well the way to the ejaculation is being prolonged somewhat when alcohol comes into play (pretty massive amounts needed for me though)..
But then most of the fun (and the control of your orgasm-to-be as well ;) ) is being at an all-time low.. maybe except for the ejaculation itself and the few seconds before hitting the ejac plateau.

Well it’s for me that way.. Alcohol isn’t a solution to me though.. I like to have sex _AND_ have fun while doing it.. But not have both on the basis of an exclusive-or ;)

Try edging 20-30 minutes a day. It has worked fairly well for me so far.

I have tried edging in the past and I do think it helps. It is a lot more work to add to my PE routine, that I am currently on (yet another) break from, in order to break a plateau that I sem to be on.

I think it probably is just a matter of getting into some regular sex and practise making perfect, but I seem to be a perpetual lone wolf, and I would like to impress from the get go; even on one nighters.

I´ve had some success with kegels. What I do is squeezing my PC and BC muscles really strong as soon as I hit the point of no return (for about 10 seconds, you must contract REALLY STRONG), therefore I can hold my ejaculation (and have a “mini-dryorgasm), and keep thrusting for longer. However, my erection loses some power -momentarily- but I don´t like that. I think maybe I just need more practice in order to get stronger muscles and more accuracy in my squeezing.

Interesting stuff.

Similarly, I find kegeling very strongly can delay orgasm, but it does cause my erection to subside somewhat; and when you’re wearing condoms, that can prove annoying to say the least.

How much time it get to see result with the kegels? How much time so I can stop my ejaculation

In the past I have used this technique… Have to be careful though. Generally, I will edge for a while…however long I am into and then at the end, with a rock hard cock (key), right before I am about to blow, I do an erect downward between my legs…Carefully until the contractions cease. If I ended up cumming by accident, the session was a failure. I’ve tried this solo and edging solo and I seem to get quicker results with this technique.

I think the main thing is that you have to do it the instant you feel contractions and your dick has to be hard enough to prevent you from cumming. I try and do it so my contractions stop where I think is half way… Make sense?

I’ll basically keep doing this until my bed performance is where I want it.. Then I stop. IF all goes well and my timing remains good through the sessions, I’ll notice I am good to go in a less than 2 weeks. Can’t say if this is a tried and true solution for all, but it’s helped me. I think it sort of trains my head not to expect orgasm all the time….retraining I guess. You have to be careful with this though…

If anyone thinks this might cause me harm… let me know. I do kegel/Rev.Kegel bends for length, so I think I know where the injury threshhold is.

Kegels 4-5 days a week, two sessions a day, 10-15 minute sessions.

Edging whenever you are having sex, masturbating, or just feel like edging.

Masturbate an hour before sex/date, etc….

Think unsexy thoughts when doing the deed.

Cock ring, or anything that cuts the circulation off a little.

Kegels and edging have helped me but I have say when I first started kegeling it made me come faster it took about 4-6 months before it started to help make me last longer. And I think just jelqing in general gets your dick used to be touched with out shooting that’s why I tell people not to cum during PE, PE shouldn’t be masturbation your dick does not have to expect to blow a load every time you touch it.
