Premature Ejaculation Solutions

Personal update:

Started seeing a girl about 6 weeks ago. First time we got down to it, she gave me head and I blew in seconds, but I made sure I returned the favour and made her cum good.

Since then I’ve received a whole lot of blow jobs from my young lady. She’s great at it, and what’s more likes to practice, and doesn’t mind receiving instruction in how to do it even better. :) The upshot of this is that I haven’t masturbated in over five weeks, apart from a couple of times when I finished myself off over her, after a good deal of sucking and fucking.

Consequently I’m lasting as long as I wish now, when I receive head from her. In fact I have to really concentrate hard, and kegel really hard, and maybe have her tickle my arsehole in order to cum from a blow job. Although if we haven’t got it on for a couple of days (which is rare at the moment :) ), I’m liable to finish earlier.

Fucking is a slightly different kettle of fish. At first I was using Durex ‘Performer’ condoms, that would help me last longer. Now when I use them I just can’t cum. Or I’ll lose my erection after about 10 minutes or so of fucking. It seems I can also last indefinitely with a thinner condom like a featherlite, though some discipline of stoping or slowing the stroke is still needed.

Last night, after having received an incredible blow job a few hours earlier, we were fucking. The only condom I had available was a ‘Performer’. I just couldn’t cum. Eventually I took the condom off, and after some kissing we (ill-advisedly of course, because we haven’t been tested yet) started to go at it.

Result? I went from moderate arousal to the point of no return very quickly pulled out and came on her belly.

I’m clearly going to have to start practicing only with the thinner condoms. And the sooner we get tested and can go bare-back, the better. Because it’s a whole new level of sensation. Interesting that I find it so much more intense than a blow job. I guess the thrusting adds to the intensity, as well as the greater level of friction and heat.

Twat: I’m going to check out the Histamine thing. Maybe even just start taking an aspirin or two a day, and see if that helps. It’s supposed to be good for you anyway.

Cheers,

Zig

I’m seeing the doctor in two hours. I will be back with a response.

I am going to tell her everything in my life and my knowledge, and hope for the best.

I haven’t read the thread here for more than a year, I think.

Interesting to see that there are some other fellow sufferers of both OCD and PE. There’s seems to be a correlation.

In my last relationship in the beginning it was OK for my then gf that I came early. I guess she thought that she made me that horny and that I hadn’t had sex for quite some time which was true. But then I put myself under pressure and always went for a second time. However, it was mostly pretty late and I was really exhausted then and wasn’t really excited anymore which got her angry. Also after a few weeks I had told her that I had this problem for three years (in fact I’ve had it for more than ten years). This really freaked her out.

In some one night stands girls were also disappointed that I came so quickly. So, when it comes to chatting up girls I don’t only have the normal anxiety to get rejected but also very quickly that I’ll come quickly.

Recently I met a girl which I didn’t find so hot, but I felt that she was interested so we went out and went to my place later and started making out. Even then before fucking I came. I was so annoyed.

I don’t want to take any pills for fear of the side effects. But I’m in my thirties now and I’d like to get some more sexual experiences under my belt but this really takes the fun out of it. I’ve tried acupuncture but it hasn’t helped. I think I’ll give hypnotherapy a try. Has anyone had any good experiences with it?

My psychiatrist just put me on Paxil for a PE, depression, stress and anxiety. Ironically, the day before I started to take it I have the best sex of my life and lasted as long as I wanted and had the most intense orgasm ever. My girlfriend was biting the pillow! That was mostly thanks to numbing up with lidocaine.

That would be related to histamine levels and how you are methylated. High histamine means you climax easily generally, sometimes too fast. What does the doctor prescribe to fix that? SSRIs which doctor you serotonin levels. Which coincidentally fix your craziness as well. Coincidence? I think not.

Do You Have High Histamine?

Figuring via a symptom list is usually not the best idea. The better idea is to take the Niacin test mentioned in my post above’s link.

1. Do you tend to sneeze in bright sunlight?
2. Were you a shy and over-sensitive teenager?
3. Can you make tears easily and are never bothered by a lack of saliva or dry mouth?
4. Do you hear your pulse in your head on the pillow at night?
5. Do you have frequent muscle cramps?
6. Do you have a high sensitivity to pain?
7. Do you have easy orgasms with sex, and hi libido?
8. Do you get headaches regularly?
9. At times does your mind go blank?
10. Do you have seasonal allergies, such as hay fever?
11. Do you tend to be a light sleeper?
12. Do you need only 5 to 7 hours sleep nightly?
13. Do you burn up foods rapidly?
14. Have you thought seriously of suicide?
15. Can you tolerate high doses of medication or drugs?
16. Do you have large ears and long fingers or toes? (Is your second to as long as your big toe.)
17. Are you addicted to drugs, alcohol, or sugar?
18. Are you an obsessive, Type A person who feels driven or a perfectionist?
19. Are you impulsive?
20. Do boys predominate among your siblings?

How To Treat

Histamine levels will decrease and symptoms lessen in response to daily doses of methionine, an amino acid that significantly detoxifies histamine by methylating the ring structure forming N-methyl-histamine in the brain. Typical dose is a 500 mg capsule taken four times daily. Calcium, taken morning and evening, releases additional histamine stores and lowers levels in the body. With magnesium, it acts as a natural tranquilizer.

If your histamine level is extremely high, your physician may prescribe the drug Dilantin (phenytoin) that works rapidly to interfere with histamine and bring levels back to normal. The dose is 100 mg morning and evening. I have not liked the side effects that I’ve watched from Dilantin, so its’ use should be reserved for difficult cases only.

Avoid a high protein diet as most proteins contain histidine, the amino acid from which you will synthesize even more histamine. A preferable diet is one high in vegetables and fruits.

The Health Recovery Center formula has other substances specifically addressing compulsive/obsessiveness. A study by J. Yaryura-Tobias, M.D. established that TRYPTOPHAN and its co-enzymes VITAMIN C and VITAMIN B6, stabilized compulsive-obsessive patients within six months by using tryptophan to increase serotonin, the brain’s calming neurotransmitter. Dosage is one 500 mg capsule, twice daily between meals. This dose combined with a small amount of Prozac (5 milligrams per day) seems to work amazingly well in difficult cases. I suspect Dr. Yaryura-Tobia’s study would have produced results even earlier than six months if he had combined his regimen with INOSITOL. An Israeli study recently appearing in the American Journal of Psychiatry reports that the B vitamin, Inositol, effectively eliminates symptoms of compulsive-obsessive disorder over a SIX-WEEK period, and unlike current drug treatments has absolutely NO side effects! Inositol works by regulating the action of serotonin within the nerve cells. Inositol has a soothing effect on spinal-cord nerves, the brain and cerebrospinal fluid, and produces anti-anxiety effects similar to the drug, Librium. Dosage is one and one half teaspoons of inositol powder three times daily with meals. This powder tastes good … it’s mildly sweet.

Histadelics also benefit from raising depleted levels of ACETYLCHOLINE in their brain. Taking precursor phosphatidyl choline can do this. Acetylcholine stabilizes brain membranes, greatly improves mood, and restores short-term memory. We use CDP Choline. Avoid taking multivitamins or B-complex vitamins that contain folic acid and B12, both of which INCREASE body stores of histamine. You will want to take the other B vitamins separately, as they play a huge role in stabilizing your nervous system.

By contrast, the very low end of histamine levels, will tend to have libido reduction as well as ejaculatory incompetence. How interesting, eh?

I would bet most Trained doctors ( oil change mechanics of the flesh) will laugh you out of the office if you claim extremes of histamine. I got that with my problem of a constant low body temperature saying I buy only broken thermometers or don’t know how to use one.

Thanks for this information TT. I’m going to try and sort out the self testing you describe elsewhere. It would be great if other guys with a tendency to PE give this a shot too, and maybe between us we can see what the trend is.

TT, didn’t you also mention that Aspirin helped reduce Histamine levels?

Cheers,

Zig

Pretty interesting stuff.

I’ve read about the histamine/PE conncection before.

I have hayfever, had some uticaria break outs and could answer a number of the questions in the above list with yes.

I’ll have to take some time to peruse all the information you presented here. I’d prefer to adjust my diet. Incidentally in the past years I’ve found out that a diet low in animal protein is the best for me.

I think what you are referring to is the Niacin test and aspirin can counter or reduce the flush.
