Please help, what could I have, inner thigh rash or something worse?

About 10 days ago I noticed my right inner thigh really itched so I scratched it and it kinda hurt. The next day I notice theres some little red bumps. Two days later it got worse so I went to the store and bought Lamisil since I was thinking it was jock itch. I know apply it once a day after the shower. Well it now looks worse and the right side now has a few bumps. Whats weird is one of the bumps looks like its growing like a skin tag? Both sides itch but I wont scratch them. Its weird, lately I have not felt like having the urge to have sex with my girlfriend because of this.

Dude, go to the doctor. On the right side picture it almost looks like ring worm? I’m not sure what it is. But you should definitely go to the doctor, you’ve already waited 10 days. You don’t want it to spread anymore. You probably shouldn’t have sex with your girlfriend until you find out what it is. Well at any rate good luck. I sure hope it’s nothing serious.

Thats the main reason I posted here. I was reading that if I get jock itch with bumps that look like blisters I should use Burow’s compress but dont know where to get Burow’s compress?

I had this before, it’s athlete’s foot that transfered from my feet to my groin area; I got it from when I put my boxers on, and my infected feet touched the material. I had it on my ballsac and thighs; the doc gave me some type of antifungal cream and it cleared up within a couple days.

That apparently is a common cause of ringworm. They suggest you put your socks on before you do the Boxers. to stop the infection spreading.
