Pilates, Kegels and Spreading
I’ve done Kegels for years and started taking Pilates over the summer to build core strength. A couples of weeks ago the instructor mentioned Kegels during class very briefly and I filed that in the back of my mind. I’ve also been reading some of cheeva’s work that involved the Spreading technique used for and while edging.
The culmination of these three things came together today while enjoying some morning wood. While erect, I would Kegel and breathe outward through the mouth while contracting my core muscles and use the Speading technique to feel the combined created energy from my core and stimulated erect member branch out over the rest of my body and flow out of my fingers and toes.
I did three sets of 20 and held the 20th Kegel for 40 seconds breathing in and out through my nose over the 40 seconds. While trying to recreate the exercise I’ve noticed you can also run your fingers down the underside of your erect member pushing towards the base of your penis as you Kegel and feel your erect member expand thus sending the created energy on a path where it more forcefully wants to Spread through the legs and flow out the toes.
Just wanted to share my experience and wonder if anyone has tried anything similar.
