Phimosis

Hey whats up everyones its been a long while see I posted on here. Good to see the website is still up and running. I was wondering if anyone has any good websites on videos with good stretching techniques for Phimosis….sex with a condom hurts and I want to stretch my foreskin and get it more retractable? Any info thanks

Nothing? lol

If you Google ‘Phimosis stretching videos’ there are some results.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Thanks

I did try and google/youtube videos they were all info commercials trying to sell books and stuff lol

Get circumcised. That is the best cure.

If you can roll down your foreskin while flaccid: Roll down skin, but both hands on base of cock (Palms down), put both index fingers on glans, roll up skin over fingers and start stretching in opposite directions. Generously apply heat beforehand. Your GP may be able to give you a cream to assist in stretching.

I had partial phimosis and pumping has pretty much taken care of it for me.

Of course circumcision is never the standard of care for phimosis. Gentle stretching with steroidal ointment would be tried for up to 6 months. Then if that was unsuccessful the surgical remedy is bi-lateral dorsal slit with transverse closure, which amputates no sensual tissue.

Circumcision still is (as it always has been) the standard cure for phimosis in the UK.

Depends on the severit, really. I had severe phimosis which I cured myself through stretching but underneath it was an even worse case of frenulum breve (short banjo string)… that eventually tore whilst having quite rough sex. Over all, a circumcision would have been preferable to all of the discomfort and injury I’ve suffered. If you can get the foreskin back whilst flaccid, check on the condition of the frenulum; if it’t tight enough to pull the glans downwards towards it when you retract the skin a long way back, my opinion would be that a circumcision would be best. I’ve been plagued by balanitis and odours, too - this, I believe, is due to my foreskin being quite long as well - I think because it wouldn’t retract for so long, it grew with my penis throughout puberty and ended up longer than it should be.

No, it is true. What you have linked is a document from a charity/support group for men who are unhappy with circumcision and who wish to restore. They can make any suggestions they want, but they do not write policy for the British medical profession.

It is a “registered charity” in the UK which means it meets strict reporting standards, and it includes several doctors on its board, including the ones who wrote the article Peter Ball. PLEASE DO cite some reference to this supposed policy of the British medical profession which you claim they are running afoul of.
