Sometimes there is a wide discrepancy between the Ph (acid/base) of urine and that of semen. Usually pre-cum, the fluid from the Cowper’s glands, will reduce the formerly acid lining of the urethra such that ejaculation, arriving a little later, feels just good and not painful. If you don’t produce precum - or enough of it - the base value of the semen can hit the acid of the urethral lining with a chemical reaction, the result of pain or stinging.

Does this make any sense in your case?

It might… I do have to confess I haven’t been eating a lot of vegetables lately and I eat a lot of cheese (low fat, since I work out in the gym), maybe that could be it?
However, pain is there even if I get an erection after orgasm without urinating in between. So that explanation could be only half correct.
As for precum, I don’t produce a lot, there are usually just a few drops, enough to spread it over my glans and not more than that.

I talked to some people about it, two friends of mine say they also sometimes experience pain with erection after orgasm, so I guess it’s not that uncommon. I just hope PE won’t affect in in negative way.
One of them has told me he has a lot of precum, which is opposite of my case.
