Over sensitivity to hormones/testosterone?

Over sensitivity to hormones/testosterone? (Acne=more horniness???)

Does anyone know if it’s possible some people are more sensitive (or something) to androgenic hormones?

Perhaps this is normal but the reason I ask is after just resuming weight-training and a semi-bulking diet for I am getting huge side-effects. Like I get really bad acne cysts, I am always angry and on edge and always thinking sex and needing to masturbate, watch porn above anything else and more spontaneous wood. Years ago I never used to be like this then I begun weightlifting and it started then I quit and these effects diminished yet I have only been inconsistently resuming a program for a few weeks and am getting all these effects. I am natural and am not taking any extra supplements beyond whey protein. I wonder if there is some problem with my hormonal system i.e. small changes in my lifestyle can cause huge anabolic surges which my body is unable to deal with. I would presume that some of these symptoms are just normal but obviously the acne suggests that it isn’t and I wonder if all effects are linked to some kind off sensitivity to androgenic hormones or something? Anyone ever heard of something like this or can explain this?

Also, any relation between degree of acne and levels of horniness? Personal stories any fellow ance sufferers?

Well if anyone’s interested. Done a bit googling and it seems sex drive is related to DHT. DHT is what causes acne and hair loss. This would make sense as when I had my worst acne and hair loss my libido was highest. When I managed to get rid off my acne and improve my hair my libido was dead.

This is a total no-win situation then. Either:

Sex drive + acne + balding + muslces + strength + confidence + strong erections

or,

Low libido + better skin and hair + skinny + weak + lower confidence + weak erections

In other words:

1. Butt ugly but horny as fook

or,

2. Looking good but skiiny and feeling crap

So basically, you can be horny as hell but unable to get sex or be looking good but not really horny and crap in bed.

Try getting flax seeds, grinding them up in a coffee grinder. Make enough to last only about 1-2 weeks. Take about 2 heaping tablespoons a day, one in the morning, one in the evenings.

The lignans are supposed to be real good at blocking conversion to DHT. Besides the omega 3 are good for you, and its cheap.

It might be enough to keep most of the best of both worlds.

Oh yeah, keep it in the freezer.

Could it be you are taking to much ginseng, or do you take ginseng. Ginseng and caffeine can make you jittery, All those energy drinks contain some ginseng and caffeine. The two do not go well together. If you are taking ginseng it may be necessary to cycle off a couple days per week.

Ginseng still has the great erection ability without the caffeine.

No I’m not taking anything at the moment.

I used to take flaxseed oil when BBing before. Never helped much back then.

Well, nevermind the acne which is bad but I have a really big big BIG worry about going bald more than anything. I am not too bad looking but without my hair OMG!!! I know things are getting worse I could go days without shaving now I need to shave at least once a day again and body hair is increasing to.

I hate being skinny and having weak ass erections. I love the feeling of being so horny and powerful when with a girl. It’s the greatest feeling but I’m too young too loose my hair.

I spent a long time living healthily and actually regrew and thickened my hair after years of BBing but I wanted to feel this power again but I’m scared of the hair loss!! My hormones suck!

No, ginseng and certain other herbs like tongcat and caffeine don’t mix. The description you gave sounded like someone taking to much ginseng with caffeine.

If your not taking anything then your OK I suppose. But they sell those energy drinks at the gyms, Red Bull, Rock Star. They have caffeine and ginseng. They say the caffeine comes from the green tea in it but I think they also contain garuana. The stimulating effect of green tea is neutralised by two of it’s ingredients, ECCG and Theanine. So the stimulating is coming from some other caffeine source in the beverage. Gensing and caffeine may be dangerous together.
