Hello All,

I think, us being men, it was natural for us to find this sight. Looking for a way to increase confidence, our partner’s excitement or just our size. We were looking to improve ourselves. I think many men, myself included have also probably looked into improving ourselves in other ways. I for one always look into ways to prevent baldness. Or to counteract thinning hair. I am not bald or even losing hair, yet. But like those among us who have big penises and want even bigger, I want to always have a full head of hair.

Today I found something disturbing, I found a couple of sites claiming the notion of “over masturbation” leading to blurry vision, fatigue, back pain, and yes even hair loss. They said a whole lot about exhausting the brain and body and depleting oneself of essential hormones through masturbation. They mentioned that masturbation also increases DHT which is known to cause male pattern baldness.

I take lot’s of supplements, mostly to increase blood circulation. You can find many helpful herbs on the ingredients for all those penis enlarging pills. I for one prefer to go to a vitamin store and buy herbs and vitamins individually. It’s also a lot cheaper. Many of these supplements - are dual in nature - also helping to eliminate DHT. Does anyone know more about DHT and masturbation??? Can the body really be exhausted by over masturbation?

I know this topic isn’t the central issue of this site - yet I do somehow think this is all intertwined: The supplements we use, trying to make ourselves more appealing, staying fit, staying healthy, and enjoying our sex lives. I definately believe that two major worries on a man’s mind are penis size and hair loss. So any info is welcome.

From what I’ve read, most of the masturbation myths are just that, myths. They’re usually propagated by religious groups who see masturbation as unholy. I haven’t seen any scientific proof of masturbation leading to physical ailments such as blurry vision or hair loss.

What if it takes you over an hour to ejaculate, How does dht factor into this scenerio?
What if you have multible orgasms. Does this or is this afected by dht? I think DHt play a role in male pattern baldness. I’d rather be bald and able to sustain an erection for an hour, than to be propecia victom and lose an erection on they way into the vagina.

I guess there is no wrong or right way, were free to choose.

I believe that masturbation is not good for you if done too much. I know that we were told in gym class that it is good for you and it wont hurt you …but now that I dont do it so much, I am way stronger and feel far more motivated and can concentrate better. OK I can hear the mocking I am going to get…but you know it is pretty well accepted in the orient.
