oh, Fuck. I have a Venous Leak- Invictus' thread

OS- I can tell you 100% that it is not in my mind. I have been thinking about the pump but wasn’t convinced its appropriate for my situation. I mean, I have some kind of leak. Fuck. I need to do that though.

Again, I appreciate your response greatly. However, I can tell you with the utmost confidence that it isn’t mental. Even before the days I started having frequent sex at age 16, I had problems, just wasn’t conscious of them. I guess they weren’t "problems" until I started having sex, you know? I’m trying to think of some sort of clever analogy with that. But you get it.

From my first post in my log, I ordered over the internet, powder Cialis. Only months later did I receive prescription Viagra and Cialis.

It doesn’t stay swell during an erection. It immediately shrinks after I kegel; in fact, its quite the opposite. It doesn’t swell, get hard, or become engorged if i DON’T kegel. That is why I think I developed my BC muscle as strong as I did, unconsciously trying to compensate for the blood loss. If I manually stimulate it does become hard but quickly becomes limp. In fact, I just tested it. I manually stimulated myself and in about 10-15 seconds, now I am soft. Completely stop. As soon as I stop manual stimulation, softness soon follows thereafter.

I am embarrassed to say i’ve only had good sex once in my life. Thats it.

If you could take a look at my log, that would be greatly appreciated. My log has been here for about a year and its easy to read and lots of stuff you can skip, in bold. I would then think you could make an accurate assessment. But of course, that is only if you have the time. But I would greatly appreciate your help.

True Life: Diary of a Jelqer

Wow, I don’t come here too much, but there’s already 2 threads about young guys with venous leakage.

I actually been diagnosed with venous leakage, and like many others, I too had a frustrating experience with doctors, luckily I found a good one (vascular surgeon), and the difference is amazing, although I still don’t have 100% erections I’m pretty happy about all this.

From what I can tell, it sounds like venous leakage. I know most people can’t believe a young person could had a problem like this. But a good doctor would be able to tell. From what my doctor said, sometimes even Doppler tests aren’t really accurate, in my case the test indicated a mild leakage, but when he was operating he was amazed at the thickness of my vein, he actually said he never saw a worst case in his career (he actually specializes in venous leakage and wrote a book about this, not mentioning thousand of operations).

So just give it a go man, it can’t hurt, even if you don’t have a 100% recuperation, it’s going to be worth it, trust me, this whole episode was the most frustrating thing that could happen in my life, I’m glad it’s over now.

Edit: I too was worried about causing my venous leakage (using rubber bands, rough PE techniques. Etc). But my doctor said most venous leakage are genetic (family history of varicose veins), in my case the doctor said it looked like I had a double deep dorsal vein (it was actually a thick vein with a huge branch).

I forgot to mention also the gains after this are incredible, I gained almost an inch in length and about an inch and a half of girth, though I think this could just me having better erections. Anyway I couldn’t be happier.

Wow, glad to hear you that there is another one among us (unfortunately yah?),
Do you remember where you had a leak? Was it the dorasel vein? Did your doctor closed the leak itself or shut the entire vein? (Do you still see your dorasel vein as you used to? Or is it disappeared?)

Did your doctor use coils to close the leak? Where you under a sonar during the procedure? If yes, what could you see?

How much time you had to wait in order to see any improvements? Your problem was in the glans too? Does it swell know?

And for the most important issue steinkill, where you able to stretch \ jelq \ pump etc? What have you been doing in order to avoid from damage to the vein? When I stretch(gentle) I can feel the coil inside the vein, it’s weird but I can feel some ting in there (and I have 2 coils for 2 leaks)
How much time after the procedure you had to wait before PEing again? Was is gradually?

Does your glans swell when you lie on your back? Does it stay like it when you are erect and lying down?

Invictus, have you ever tried a cock ring? This is can give you a good indication about a venous leak, try it out what your having an erection an see the difference, there will be a difference for someone that doesn’t has a venous leak, but if you do have, the difference will be significant, tell us how it goes.

Invictus, do it, it’s important, your glans should remain swell with out to much kegels and you will have a much stronger erection, if this is the case, you need to see a vascular surgeon.
During an erection, take the cock ring out and see if you glans doesn’t swell again (it should actually be kind of lifeless)
Try to use your finger to shut the dorasel vein during an erection, then kegel and see you glans swell, take your finger out and see if your glans are still swellown, if you can see the glans shrinking, it’s a venous leak, but you have to stay erect, not semi, try to do it when you gf is helping you.

Conquering my goals.

Once more, not everyone’s glans is hard and full all the time. This varies within the individual from time to time as well as between individuals.

The doctor said the leakage was mostly located on the deep dorsal vein. He wanted to use coils, but the leakage was so big he shut the entire vein. I still can see my dorsal vein, but I think your referring to the deep dorsal vein and I don't think most people can see it.

Did your doctor use coils to close the leak? Where you under a sonar during the procedure? If yes, what could you see?

See above reply about coils, and I don't think I was under a sonar.

The improvements were immediate. It was actually everything, I never had a full erection, not even with rings, rubber bands, tadalafil, sildenafil, etc, but yea, the glans were the biggest problem, and now they do swell when flexing my BC muscle, but most of the times I lose some of the swelling. I think this is normal as mgus said.

I started PE'ing about two months after the surgery and it was gradual, I don't think PE could cause damage if done correctly. Venous leakage or not if you go too hard you're not going to have good erections, just follow your EQ.

Does your glans swell when you lie on your back? Does it stay like it when you are erect and lying down?

They do swell, sometimes more, sometimes less, again like mgus said. They never get “rock hard” or really full but this is normal.

Thanks man. I actually like to thank Yataghan50 too for his thread, that made me look for other alternatives and eventually find a really good doctor.

Yes, I think Yataghan50’s thread is one the of the most inspiring around.

The deep dorasel vein connects to the dorasel vein on our penis, you should have one of two possibilities - 1) dorasel vein disappeared \ 2) a bigger and fuller dorasel vein when erect (due to closing of the leak)

Do you have any protocol of the procedure? And what kind of PE exercises are you doing?

Without Yataghan50, I would not be able to treat my problem, I want to thank him again, he gave me hope and helped me a lot, he is truly an inspiration for me.

I think your condition may be psychological. There are times when I can lose an erection within seconds. If I’m not really aroused it will happen, that’s normal. If I’m aroused (turned on), the erection will stay, but unless I kegel, my head tends to deflate also, which is also normal. I don’t know what hte urologist is gonna tell you, but surgery is never a garanteed fix with no side effects.

My goal is to be the best me, mind, body and soul, PE is part of achieving the best me.

OS- I made a cock ring out of a rubber band, with a smooth material fabric around it for easy use. But it was too tight for my girth. I’ve manually clamped just to mimic a cock ring (just for a few seconds) and the feeling I guess I could say is: I feel like I can trap more blood but its still not as hard as I believe it should be. But i’ve never really “tried” and new what I was looking for, until now.

Well I just tried what you said OS… Let me call this:
A Penis Blood Flow Self-Evaluation

First I tried without blocking the Dorsal Vein. I got an erection and then kept manually stimulating myself (or else i’ll most definitely lose it in a few seconds). I then kegeled and saw my head balloon up. Then, literally right as I released my kegel, my whole penis (not just the head) began to almost instantly deflate. And then a second or two later, now completely flaccid (but semi-plump, but this will go away in another few seconds).

Next, I tried blocking the dorsal vein. I manually stimulated myself to a semi. As soon as I started to block the dorsal vein (press down on it, thus blocking it), my head started to gradually balloon up and become VERY hard (my dick also gradually become harder with the head). I didn’t even need to kegel to obtain this rock hardness (which I think I cannot even get, if I don’t block the dorsal vein like this). My penis and head slowly started to get hard then reached its apex for a few seconds, stayed there consistently, then slowly began to deflate and become flaccid (probably about 15 seconds maybe). Keep in mind I tried this a few times; I also blocked the dorsal vein and reached my apex of hardness; Then I wanted to see how fast I would become flaccid, if I let go of the dorsal vein. Answer? 3 to 4 seconds and my penis is pointing to the floor, soft (it is plump, but most definitely soft).

Final Thoughts
I am sure I have an issue now, after this test. In summation, if I put my finger and block the dorsal vein, it completely and most definitely slows down the whole blood loss process. I have the erection for a longer time, drastically, and gives me the ability to obtain and MAINTAIN an erection- without manual stimulation. Fuck. I have a leak.

Well, unless I kegel, my whole dick, not just my head, deflates almost instantly. And by blocking the dorsal vein I see crazy improvements. I don’t want to say I am going to have any surgery yet, but it looks like that is where I am going. I don’t think pumping alone can give me the improvements that I need, and even light PE might be too late, because I might be too damaged. But I need to go see a doctor before I can say this, because no one will know until I have the test done.

I agree with you though, my erections definitely are different when i’m jerking it, compared to with a girl (but its still shitty). That is why I think I have a physiological issue (well, one reason at least).

Just don’t go expecting that an operation will take care of everything. Pumping and light PE is cheaper than an operation to start with.

I’ve uploaded an AVI file which pretty much shows what was leaking and where are the coils on my procedure

You can really see the leak because you can’t see the real images with the special program, but it’s nice to get a better point of view of the procedure.

It’s hard to tell where the leak is, you can stop the video and watch it move it with the mouse (cause it’s too fast), you need DicomWorks in order to see the real files, this is something that I’ve export to an AVI file from the original files, if I’ll find a way to export the files so you can watch them as regular Dicom files I’ll do so.

Here is the link - the video anly shows 7 main parts of the procedure, from the beginning to the end.

Uploading..

Invictus, you need to see someone who specialize with veins, like a vascular surgeon, it sounds like you maybe do have something that need to be checked.
