oh, Fuck. I have a Venous Leak- Invictus' thread

Test

Wow made it through the whole thread. How is Invictus and the rest of the possible venous leakage crew doing?

I had no idea that there was a treatment for venous leakage, so never bothered having a doppler. I’m going to go get a referral to a Uro to get the test done as soon as possible, but Os you seem to suggest that getting it done by a Uro might not be the final word? In that you had yours tested and they said it was slight but when operation day came it was in fact very major leakage?

Who would be better qualified to do the test? Interventional radiologist? V

Starting Stats - 5.5 BPEL x 5.6 EG

Current Stats - 5.7 BPEL x 6.5 EG

Goal - 7 x 6 (with hopefully a large flaccid hang)

I’ve got a leak at 19 check my thread.

Anyone from the uk had any luck fixing the problem

Thanks

Pm me and reply please!

Hey boner. I’m not sure about the venous leak. At the time of writing this thread, and when I was involved, I had other issues going on with my health, and with my life. I’m still not sure about the venous leak, but I know there is a problem. From what I remember from the “Firm-flaccid” thread, that sounds like what I have- a firm flaccid, among other things.

I believe it to be endothelial dysfunction as a result from hormonal changes. I’m inclined to believe it is Peyronie’s, which was caused by my use of Accutane, while aggressively PE’ing. Accutane affects the endocrine system, modifying androgens and other hormones essential to one’s proper repair mechanisms. Not everyone is so adversely affected by Accutane, but I used it twice, at a young age, and believe I had too much of a dose, among other things. And I was hardcord PE’ing while on it.

Right now, I’m just living my life, continuing forward. Taking Cialis when I need to fool around is what I’ve been doing. I’ll see a urologist soon, but I’ve just been busy right now.

Just wondering if anyone has tried Muse for this issue? This is a medication where you stick a pill into your urethra and it is said to give good CS and glans expansion.

Muse is a very dicey drug. My urologist won’t even prescribe it. Too many incidences of strong urethral pain and inconsistent erectile response.

Ok, I read most of this and I wanted to add my share. I’ve had some trouble maintaining a full erection lately. The symptoms are soft glans and sometimes loss of full erection.

Now when soft glans occurs I can actually feel the blood go out the dorsal vein. I will kegal and the glans does not swell at all, I just feel the blood swoosh out the dorsal vein. Sometimes this is followed by loss of erection.

To solve this I pushed on the dorsal vein and voila! Full functionality is restored until thumb is removed. Now, veins do have valves in them that can get flipped or blown in the opposite direction and I think this is what happens. So what I did was, with a full erection I slid my thumb from the bottom of shaft forward about 2 inches along the dorsal vein. This effectively resets the valve to face the proper direction.

After, the swoosh will be gone and I can kegal to a swollen glans with no hands touching and no feeling of blood escaping the penis. If I slide my finger the opposite direction then the swoosh will return followed by deflation of glans and sometimes loss of erection altogether. This is repeatable. I’ve been doing it for the last two days to make sure but now I am just leaving it in the proper reset position to hopefully let it strengthen and become a permanent fix.

One last thing, I used to notice this periodically when I was younger, the swoosh feeling, but it never affected my EQ until this year after PE.

Any thoughts?

Does anyone here know how can someone cure or know if one have venous leak? I know it’s an old thread but many years have passed and I’d like to know if there’s a cure for it

That’s a diagnosis that only a urologist can make. Anyone else is just guessing.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7.75” BPEL; 7.25” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Doppler Ultrasound is the way to diagnose venous leak, right? So it means if this test shows no leakage, then everything’s fine? Cause I really hate losing my erection while standing if I’m not touching my dick or having sexual thoughts. If I don’t stimulate it, erection goes away quickly. I’ve seen that PIED also have the same symptoms so I’m not sure yet.

I’m about to get a Doppler test to see if I have venous leak or not. I hope I’m fine and my issue is somewhere else.

PS: Is it possible to gain 2” in length by only manuals or deviced are needed? As a final goal (newbie 100% here)

I have a venous leak. I think its the Dorsal Vein, among others. I saw my Doctor the other day and started talking about it and he really thinks I have a leak and will probably need surgery based on my symptoms, but he referred me to a Urologist. I could have damaged it from many things.

I think this time i’ll be a man and admit I have a problem- I keep convincing myself there wasn’t anything wrong and rejected the thought that I would need surgery but I can’t do it anymore. The Negative brought onto my life because of this problem is unfathomable for guys that have normal function. I’m not going to talk about those negative experiences that I went through basically since I started having sex at 16 years old (i’m 20 years old now), but its fucked up- Fucked up that I didn’t recognize the problem for what it really was, and then have balls to confront the issue, instead of sidestepping it like i’ve done this whole time.

Your Dick can be your best friend, or your worst enemy. Just depends how you treat him…

Obviously I fucked something up. I don’t want to type aimlessly. I need some answers, and support. How painful is surgery? How much has it improved you? Would you recommend it?

Thanks,
A Guy in Need ;(

A venous leak is a good thing if correction brings better EQ and a larger erection.

How can you be sure it’s a venous leak?

When I’m fully erect and I sort of *tense*, I feel a weird sensation in the right-hand base of my penis. Kinda feels like blood rushing out. It feels like you could probably hear it with a stethoscope. Is this a venous leak?

Over the years the sign of a venous leak was an unfilled head during erections. The other sign was the “hard flaccid”. Another is weakened erections even at full strength.
