offtopic: how to avoid quick orgasm?

offtopic: how to avoid quick orgasm?

I have not yet had real sex, but when masturbating if i am really horny usually I finish very quickly - in 20-30 seconds. So I have to do a pause for a minute just on the best part to avoid ejaculation - both physicly and mentally (i like simply to imagine). and sometimes - im too late.

I am afraid that this will quite disappoint a future partner.

Are there any exercises to make you keep it up longer on full or at least, moderate speed?

Welcome to Thunders.

Regular PE exercises may well condition you to hold off longer.

There’s a lot of information about “edging” at www.jackinworld.com which you can learn through masturbation.

This is a very good technique for mastering your own levels of control over ejaculation timing.

We have some members here who have been real successful with getting premature ejaculation under control. I’m sure they’ll give you good advice.

How’s it going Ha? One, stopping and taking breaks will temporarily delay ejaculation. Long term it can condition you to take a longer period of stimulation to reach orgasm. Try to hold of ejaculation for 15 minutes, even if it means frequent breaks.

Masturbating before a sexual encounter will calm you down a little bit and make you last a little longer. Also, visualize the girl whom you will be messing around with. This way, in your mind you have already had her several times and maybe it won’t be so overwhelming.

Do you know what Kegals are? These are can exercises that can help with delaying ejaculation, plus you should be dong them anyways. Use the search engine at the top of the page and look up kegals, premature ejaculation, or whatever else you would like to learn about.

If you think you can you might,

If you think you can't your right.
